Ambiance (4/5): The restaurant is located *behind* North Fork Roasting Co. which had live music performing on a Saturday. Due to our party size and our dog, we sat outside near the back parking, which had abandoned-looking seating (broken, dirty, etc.). However, it was shaded and you could hear the music next door. There's also 3 two-person tables near the entrance outside around the corner. The inside is retro and feels like you're dining inside a cozy house and an ice cream bar (Hershey's brand). It felt bustling as a standard diner on a weekend. Service (5/5): When we were walking toward the exterior back, the people outside near side entrance, had warned us that the service was abysmal. We loitered near the corner to let the waitress know we were wanting to get seated in the back (basically away from sight). Once seated, she came back and wiped down the dirty tables (which I'm sure no one usually opts to sit at due to their state). We immediately placed our orders before she went away. I think by doing so, our food came out lightning fast. She also came to check in on us twice throughout our dining. Sausage & Cheddar Flatbread Scramble (3/5): Expect an omelet on a piece of flatbread. The bread did not taste very good (perhaps store bought?) The home fries were deliciously crunchy. Breakfast Burrito (3/5): Nothing really stood out about the burrito. Croissant French toast (3/5): I liked how it wasn't too sweet with the filled cream but it felt like it was missing something. The addition of the table maple syrup definitely helped. I think next time, I would opt for the regular French toast.

Second time here with my boyfriend and we absolutely adore this restaurant. It's such a warm and inviting vibe and the staff is very friendly. They are so affordable too, everything is reasonably priced. I got a mac and cheese skillet. You can tell it's homemade and it's some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Also got a peppermint hot chocolate which was so rich and full of flavor. Will come back every chance I get!

This a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices that the whole family would love. They are a family owned restaurant located in the town of Southhold on the main road. They have delicious omelettes and the best blueberry buttermilk pancakes! Today I tried the ranchero wrap which is 2 eggs scrambled with tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cheddar cheese. It is a good option for a lighter breakfast. They also offer price fix dinners daily, a three course dinner special that changes everyday they post the menu on their instagram account.

Delicious breakfast. The food is served hot and fresh. They have round sausages, I despise links. The coffee could be better.

Food is great and they serve breakfast all day... and some of the staff are really friendly , cheap prices. Our waitress was non existent sadly (we got seated outside) and had to wait a good amount of time for the bill. Otherwise it's a very friendly and homey place to be.

Do you remember the hash browns from Friendly's?? These taste JUST like them!! Felt like a kid again!

My girlfriend and I stopped in on New Year's Day & the staff was lovely. My GF used to come here as a kid with her family & she said the spark was definitely still there! Cute, wooden interior makes for a unique diner-esque feel. Menu has your typical breakfast fare of egg platters, omelettes and pancakes/French toast. I had gotten the two eggs & my GF got the corned beef hash-- both meals were delicious and the service was on point. I stress myself out over finding the perfect breakfast spot for vacation, but I can stress no longer! This will be our new spot whenever we're in the area. Cheers!

Food here is good. It has a vintage upstate eatery vibe to it. This place is always packed.

Step inside, though, and boom--you're transported into an elegant, beautifully designed dining room that feels straight out of a Michelin dream. We waited a bit for our table, but they handed us complimentary champagne, so... patience restored. The $125 prix-fixe menu was worth every bite. Picking a favorite course feels like choosing between yourbfavorite child . The milk bread, oysters, and baked clams were standouts. That celery vinaigrette on the oysters was next level. The agnolotti pasta was unforgettable. I had the baked chicken entrée and discovered a new obsession with turnip cakes. Who knew? Dessert sealed the deal: molten chocolate cake and passion fruit panna cotta. An absolutely perfect mic drop to end the meal. If I had to nitpick, the drink prices lean toward Manhattan territory. But overall, I'm a huge fan and rooting hard for this spot. If you're anywhere near Greenport or Southold, do yourself a favor and book it.

Miss the good old days when restaurants used to give you free stuff. But the ambience is still nice, food is great n service courteous. That's why we keep coming back. The staff even brought a pie plate with water for them. Highly recommend.

I went for the signature LLK burger ($19). Good presentation, generous portions and the fries were amazing! The burger was cooked exactly as requested it (medium rare). Though, I wish the burger had a little more pizzazz in taste and flavor. Other items that were ordered on the table included the turkey burgers, and risotto. My friend commented "that's the best risotto I've ever had" Service was friendly , attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of food or menu for you to view. The dreaded iphone on charger was to blame. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. And I would definitely return again. Definitely give love lane kitchen a try. Popped in for a quick weekend lunch since they had visibly open tables and we were seated right away. The person who showed us to our table led the way, and then dropped menus and utensils in a booth and kept walking. As soon as we made our way through the small restaurant, the absolute filth of the place was the only thing I could focus on. There were food scraps and garbage littering almost every surface of the floor. Our own table had dirty napkins, crumbs and half spilled sugar packets underneath, and the bench needed a wipe down before I could sit. Condiments on the table were dirty and if you moved them, the table was covered with crumbs underneath so no one is moving the condiments to clean. The bathroom was equally disgusting and unkempt. Despite all signs pointing to that we should've left immediately, we were hungry and had been driving for awhile. The food/drink was nothing like the other locations we've visited. In my 20 years of ordering Mimosas, I have never before been asked if I wanted a single or a double. It's prosecco, not shots. I went for the single because my expectations were low, and was presented with a weird little lowball glass of pineapple juice and a jigger of prosecco. That is completely ridiculous to cut a serving in half and call it a "single". For $12 you can buy an entire decent bottle of prosecco, and probably at least three bottles of whatever cheap they're serving. It feels like a cheat not to get a full serving. I ordered the Bootlegger for my meal which is fried chicken, melted cheese, bacon and Russian dressing on a roll. It arrived on a tiny hamburger bun with no dressing. Our server came once to ask how everything was the moment the plates were set down, and left when I told her I hadn't tried it yet. It then took about 10 minutes to obtain a side of dressing once I noticed my sandwich was dry. It was edible, but definitely not worth ever having again. My husband ordered corned beef hash and eggs, which was a plate filled with boxed potato sprinkled with pieces of corned beef. Eggs were fine. We did not use any of the condiments since it was clear they hadn't been swapped out or cleaned, and really tried to get out of this dirty environment as fast as possible. Servers were all concentrated in the bar area, some on phones clearly not busy...so it makes one wonder why no one thought to sweep the floor or wipe down a table. The state of the dining room was truly disgusting and honestly surprising. Our server barely attended to us so we opted not to bring this complaint to her directly and judging by the demeanor of the other staff, there wasn't a manger on duty. The bigger problem here is that if the public-facing front of house can look that way, I can only imagine how the kitchen is kept. We will never return to this location and sincerely hope it can be brought up to the same standards as the others.
