Stars are only because of the service of three people: Amber, Connie, and Ryan…read more  This place was crazy and the temp was dropping. Blue vested people were nearly impossible to find. It was very frustrating. In the garden center, there was one person doing inventory-type things with a scanner, so we approached her about getting a bunch of bags of mulch loaded. Her name was Amber; she walked over with my sister. She told her that my sister's blue hair was awesome (which made her day).  She helped with the mulch. At check out, Connie went out of her way to find a Lowe's that had a product we couldn't find here.  It was above and beyond customer service. She was so friendly too. We had 16 bags of mulch, so we needed help with loading, but despite repeated calls for assistance, no one arrived. After 7 minutes, a manager stepped in, and 3 men showed up. Two started to help me, but one was not dressed for 25-degree weather. Ryan, our loader, told him to go inside, and he'd handle it. Ryan was awesome! He was very friendly and efficiently loaded the bags. Gold stars Amber, Connie, and Ryan.

A couple of days ago, went to purchase a bag of concrete, showed in stock for $2.99 10lb bag, couldn't find it and asked an employee, showed the app to her for the item number, found it across the store from the other bags. Went to cash out and flipped to my rewards barcode for cashier, then she rang it up $4.59. Kim was standing there, so was the employee who found my 10 lb bag, told Kim the price just changed that instant. Totally ignored me and wouldn't listen to her employee either. I've spent thousands in that store for equipment and tools. Not because its cheaper, its local. You'd have thought that $1.59 was going to break her. I'll never step foot in that store again. I enjoy talking to her husband and great employees. She makes me want to use many bad words to describe her.
