Cook's helped me over the phone to understand which components were still under a manufacturer's warranty, and explained up-front what my out of pocket costs would be. The experience we had was far from perfect, but our options were extremely limited due to the lack of support by LG in this area; it was either Cook's or some place in St. Louis. Additionally, please be aware that the "phone support" and "built-in diagnostics" touted by LG are a joke and of no help when your food is spoiling. It took multiple trips and some pretty long waits to finally get the problem resolved, but the refrigerator is now working better than it did new. Jason, the technician, not only repaired the unit, but also acted as an advocate in dealing with the manufacturer to make sure that all components which could have been affected by the failure were replaced. He answered ALL of my nosy questions about makes, models and frequency of repairs. When Jason shows up at your house at 8:30 PM, you should choose to look at it as being early, because he could have legitimately stopped working at 5 and put you off another day. And since appliance models change frequently, it is just about impossible for a technician's knowledge to remain "current", so sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right. The main issue I had with our experience was the scheduling. I understand the "first come, first serve" part of the equation, but if a repair doesn't hold, and you have to call back, you should be bumped to the top of the list; the repair was already paid for. We had multiple waits, and for each wait we were treated as if we had just contacted them for the first time, and we lost food at every failed attempt.

I was up ready and waiting for them and they never showed. Around 10 that morning they called and said our appointment has been rescheduled for Friday (another 2 days away). We had already waited two days for the appointment. I really needed my washer fixed. They lady on the phone got real bitchy and said that she would just cancel our reservation because she doesn't even work for Whirlpool. And so she did, cancelled us just like she said. Which is ironic, because that is the only thing this company did that they said they were going to do.

    I am not sure about this business. I found a Canon AE1 camera for sale on Facebook Marketplace by a…read moregentleman named Josh. According to Facebook Marketplace seller info his name is Josh Kent and lives in the Ozark Missouri area. I looked his name up on facebook and it shows he owns or operates Z and Z appliances. I tried messageing four times since yesterday 1-12-25 and today 1-13-25 with no response. The info I was able to get a phone number to his business which I have called four times today and only get a busy signal to see about the camera. I have seen one post on the reviews with one star. I can't give him one star because If he operates his business like he tries to sell something online then he has a problem. When you have a business I know you aren't going to please everyone. However if you post something for sale online and someone responds to it you should respond back if you still have the item or not. It did not say when the camera was put up for sale like most post do. I have to give this guy an F.

He said he would be out the next afternoon. Next day afternoon came and went. Texted me about 6pm, said he was having auto problem and wanted to know if I was still at home. He did come on out. He told me he would call the next day on price of parts to repair. He did not call to give me prices of parts. Three days later I contacted him and told him to order part to fix. He said okay, part would arrive in a couple of days. I waited 3-4 days, contacted him again. He said they sent the wrong part. I waited another week, asking where we were at on the part. He said he would be out the next day. He texted me at 3pm said he was finishing up a job and would be out. Then texted me that he had to go to office to get part. He arrived about 6pm. Worked dishwasher for about 1 1/2 hours maybe 2. He said they sent the wrong seal and he put in the old one back in. Said it was not leaking and okay for me to use. Said we don't own anymore on dishwasher after what we paid him that day. He said he would order a new seal and bring it out. He left and before he got out my drive way, The dishwasher was leaking around my cabinets. I sent him a text telling him that it was still leaking. No response. 3-4 days later, I texted him asking if he was going to work the dishwasher or if we needed to find someone else. I also told him that I was unhappy with his service. I have not heard any response.
