Freezer stopped working and they came out Monday, the man opened the freezer door and guessed frozen thermostat. Did NOT remove one panel or fully look into to what could be the issue. Literally looked, guessed and then ordered a part. Said they be back Wednesday at 10AM by 11am I had to reachout to find out if they were still coming. Got NO response until 1145am in which they said the part would be at the shop at 11 AM. Then stopped replying with no ETA. By 147PM I had to reach out AGAIN to ask when they were coming having wasted a whole day waiting on them and told they would be there soon. They came just before 3pm. Replaced the thermostat and while I asked simple questions about the repair he said idk I just get paid to put it back together. How does a repair man not know about what he's fixing???? After the repair he gave no info on time it would take for the freeze to cool back down or recommended temp. We waited 6hrs and the freezer NEVER got cold again. Then come to find out he BROKE the freeze door, it will no longer properly shut and theres a grinding noise. Now the whole refrigerator is scream high temp or 58 freezer and 69 fridge. He broke the whole machine! I called them to come back out was told it would be an hour, waited 2hrs called again and told they're to busy to come back. I demanded a refunded and they ended ALL COMMUNICATION! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They only take VENMO so you can't get your money without them sending it back either! Fun fact I had called EZ APPLIANCE GEEKS and Demarus of this company was the one to take my call and put me in HER fly by night fake company's books. I have the call logs and text records and pics to prove everything. They broke a 4yr old fridge because they have no clue what they're doing and instead of owning up to the mistake and making it right they took the money and ran and ended all contact. Which he said was necessary to reach pump. During that process a small drain door was broken. Dimitri's answer was to jam it closed & "immediately" leave & run to my bank to cash my check made out to his wife not the business(?). The next day the washer still was leaking, the delicate cycle did not move nor wash. Plus that cycle temp could not be changed. Which any of these complaints worked B4 he worked on my washer. I used Service Brothers several years ago and was happy with their service. Unfortunately, I cannot…read morerecommend them after my most recent experience. Tim came out on Wednesday, July 8 to inspect my GE oven. He diagnosed the issue and said he ordered the part, which would be in by Monday, July 13. I paid the $125 service fee on July 8 but did not have to prepay for the part until it was completed. I had to initiate contact throughout the next week with Tim on status. Sometimes he responded and sometimes he didn't. I sent a message on Thursday, July 16 for status. He called right away and set an appointment for Friday, July 17 between 11-1pm. I took off work on Friday to be home for him. It is July 23......no contact/no show from Tim since the phone call on July 16. I have had to pay another company to come fix my oven. I will never call Service Brothers again!

The 3rd repair was about a replacement rubber door seal. Tim said he'd order and come back to install. Months went by. I called for information regarding the job. 2 times Tim was to return my call. Finally, a couple of weeks later Tim called and said the part is still on backorder but that he found it somewhere else and would talk to me NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. I have never received any word. I ordered the gasket from Samsung and received it within 8 days. Now I am going to have to get someone else to install it. I paid $125 sells call to Brothers. According to Facebook Marketplace seller info his name is Josh Kent and lives in the Ozark Missouri area. I looked his name up on facebook and it shows he owns or operates Z and Z appliances. I tried messageing four times since yesterday 1-12-25 and today 1-13-25 with no response. The info I was able to get a phone number to his business which I have called four times today and only get a busy signal to see about the camera. I have seen one post on the reviews with one star. I can't give him one star because If he operates his business like he tries to sell something online then he has a problem. When you have a business I know you aren't going to please everyone. However if you post something for sale online and someone responds to it you should respond back if you still have the item or not. It did not say when the camera was put up for sale like most post do. I have to give this guy an F.

He said he would be out the next afternoon. Next day afternoon came and went. Texted me about 6pm, said he was having auto problem and wanted to know if I was still at home. He did come on out. He told me he would call the next day on price of parts to repair. He did not call to give me prices of parts. Three days later I contacted him and told him to order part to fix. He said okay, part would arrive in a couple of days. I waited 3-4 days, contacted him again. He said they sent the wrong part. I waited another week, asking where we were at on the part. He said he would be out the next day. He texted me at 3pm said he was finishing up a job and would be out. Then texted me that he had to go to office to get part. He arrived about 6pm. Worked dishwasher for about 1 1/2 hours maybe 2. He said they sent the wrong seal and he put in the old one back in. Said it was not leaking and okay for me to use. Said we don't own anymore on dishwasher after what we paid him that day. He said he would order a new seal and bring it out. He left and before he got out my drive way, The dishwasher was leaking around my cabinets. I sent him a text telling him that it was still leaking. No response. 3-4 days later, I texted him asking if he was going to work the dishwasher or if we needed to find someone else. I also told him that I was unhappy with his service. I have not heard any response.
