Tim from Brothers repair has been to our home 3 times for Samsung refrigerator, electric stove top, and lastly dishwasher. The first 2 times were fine. The 3rd repair was about a replacement rubber door seal. Tim said he'd order and come back to install. Months went by. I called for information regarding the job. 2 times Tim was to return my call. Finally, a couple of weeks later Tim called and said the part is still on backorder but that he found it somewhere else and would talk to me NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. I have never received any word. I ordered the gasket from Samsung and received it within 8 days. Now I am going to have to get someone else to install it. I paid $125 sells call to Brothers. I have had a very frustrating experience with this company. About a month ago ago they came to our house to check out a problem with water leaking from our refrigerator. The man who came said we needed a part. He also said he would order it and text me the next day with an update. I never heard back from him. Since then, I have called their office about 4-5 times. Each time the person who answers the phone (Alex, I believe) says he or someone else will call me right back, but that never happens. Since I will have to call another company, I will need to pay the initial service call fee again, meaning that I basically lose the $125 I paid Service Brothers. read more

We needed a repairman to fix an old refrigerator in our rental. I believe his name was Tim (it's been a while). He was very thorough, explained step by step what he was doing and the tenant told me yesterday that it's still running great with no more leaking! He came the same day we called and charged a fair price. It's so good to have found an honest, highly skilled repairman. We will definitely call Service Bros again when needed. read more

We contacted Service Brothers for them to repair our LG washer and yes they prompt and came out the same day to look at the washer and said it was the motor and we paid $125.00 sevice fee and he said he would order us a new motor. We waited for a half a week and called them and they said it would be in to tomorrow and that went on for another week and when we called back we were told I will have Tim call you back and he would never call us back and after a week and a half we once called them back and they finally said the motor was in and we had to make a appointment to have it installed and they did not come out on the appointment time and we called the again and said it would be tomorrow and when he did come and installed the motor it did not work and he said he would order a new one and yes the same thing happened with this motor another week and a half of waiting and when they got this motor finally we then had to make another appointment we had to wait again for them to show up and when they did that motor did not work and we told them we wanted our money back and we would by a new one and that was September 26, 2025 and it is October 6th with no refund as of yet so I called them again and the one that answered the phone said he would have Tim call me and I am still waiting. So my review would be do not call on Service Brothers for any repairs because in my view you can not depend on them. read more

was not very inpressed was not told on phone that there was a 125.00 trip fee and wouldnt be fixed that day. a very young man showed up in a car and small tool bag, all i neede fixed was a latch on a front load washer fixed & 125.00 later couldnt get it fixed for 3 more days had to order a part which i figured with unusual part would be fixed that day, the kid and the car should have told me dont do it. read more

On time friendly Knowledgeable Very Professional Explained problem without technical jargon fixed Samsung Ice maker in a timely manner left workplace clean 30 day warranty able to work on Samsung refrigerator Office staff was personable returned phone call within 30 minuets knowledgeable about possible issues I've used a lot of different service people since moving to Springfield and Tim / Service Brothers are in my opinion are rated 5 stars, cream of the crop, top shelf, all stars!! If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. This company has approximately $450 of my money and the ice maker is still not working properly. When I discovered my ice maker still wasn't working properly I called and made an appointment for the next day. 3 hours after the technician was scheduled to come I called and left a message asking if they were still coming..I did not receive a call back and the technician never showed up. I stayed home all day waiting; very disrespectable and unprofessional. I called and left a message the next day; I never received a call back. False advertising: Satisfaction guaranteed; I'm not satisfied. I drove to the address given and there is a paper sign posted in the window of a storage rental office that says Service Brothers. They started off good, nice and friendly, but it has gone down hill from there. They asked me to come out and service are oven and check the gas levels so that we could get a nice even cooking fire. He said that we had adjusted it perfectly fine on our own. We also we're having trouble with the oven and he said we needed a new thermostat. He said they no longer made thermostats for oven and that we should just leave it the way it was. I called Stone parts and had a part ordered within the hour. Three to four days later Stone Parts called me and we have the thermostat here and called the guy told him that he needed to come put it in. He came the next day and put it in the thermostat and supposedly checked it. However the next day when we went to use the oven it would not light at all. The oven would not even make the clicking sound for the ignition switch. We called him back and ask him if he would come out the next day but he never did return her phone call. We called him again the day before we left on our vacation yet we still did not hear back. We went on our vacation for about a week and came back and he has yet to call. Today I called and said I would really like to hear from them and they have not yet returned my call. Essentially they have less with a non-working oven when before we had a working oven. This is unacceptable if you are doing service calls you should stand by your work at all times and communicate to your customers about any misunderstandings or concerns. The simple fact that they have yet to return our phone calls when we have been more than nice and have asked them to come out several times is the reason why they are at 1 star. If they're willing to do it to us they will do it to the others so I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. If they actually do call us and fix it I will change this rating. read more
