The 3rd repair was about a replacement rubber door seal. Tim said he'd order and come back to install. Months went by. I called for information regarding the job. 2 times Tim was to return my call. Finally, a couple of weeks later Tim called and said the part is still on backorder but that he found it somewhere else and would talk to me NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. I have never received any word. I ordered the gasket from Samsung and received it within 8 days. Now I am going to have to get someone else to install it. I paid $125 sells call to Brothers.
