It was a no-show; no call or text as to why they were late or not showing up. You would think between the two of them, at least one of them would have called. Tried to call them, and their phone was not set up for voicemail. Therefore, I could not even leave them a message. I finally sent them an email 3 hours later telling them to cancel my service call. I will never recommend Cro Mech Services to anyone. Finally found another local father-and-son appliance repair person to come out. I am going with Certified Appliance.

I would not use this company again as they are pricey and not transparent in their billing…read morepractices. I used their services twice and both times ended up paying over $200 each time to replace very inexpensive parts. I paid out over $400 in the span of a month or two to them on the same machine. When I requested an itemized bill, Daryl refused to provide one. It should be no problem to show the customer what you charged them for. When you refuse to be transparent in your charges, that does raise some questions about billing practices. I also tried to pay my bill over the phone and they attempted to charge a $15 fee even though standard credit card fee is only 2-3%.

He barely looked at it and said it was probably a electronic control and they had been discontinued. He it was junk! After talking to others we went and bought a .99 outlet and now it works like new.
