Once he had the correct part, he scheduled a time and arrived to fix the issue. It took longer than expected, but he said he finished, and I paid him in cash. I started a load after he left to make sure everything worked fine, but water pour out over the kitchen floor. I immediately called him back, and after looking at it, he determined that the hose clamp had broken while he was installing the pump. He would need to get a new one. I was told two days later that no one had the appropriate clamp and he would need to order a new pump. I tried to contact him several times after this, but no answer. I finally got him to answer but he immediately hung up and BLOCK my number. He never did complete the repair or return my money

I had been feeling lost until I stumbled into this little shop that is located in not my favorite part of Springfield. However, upon entry the team there was extremely helpful, the store was clean and attitudes were joyful and had customer service at the center of it all. Upon hearing my request for the part I needed they informed me that getting it would take about 12 hours, the other local store said 6 weeks! The price was almost half the cost. Overall the interaction with this company left me in a place where I will always try to work with them.

I also found sawdust around one duct that they had mentioned was full of sawdust. They moved furniture and objects and did not return them to their original place. When I called to complain to the manager who was on vacation and who did not return my call when he returned. When I finally reached him, he apologized and offered to do the job again. ????? They had already been cleaned, why would I want it done again???? He had lots of excuses for why .... Should you choose to use them, be sure to check everything before they leave as they cannot be trusted to complete a task correctly.

On top of that there was a problem with mold under the house. Once I had that remediated Enviro-Air came out and got to work on the ducts. The job they did was amazing. It took them several hours and they were thorough both before and after the job as they cleaned up after themselves. They took plenty of before and after pictures of the ducts to show what they accomplished and it's a night and day difference in what the ducts looked like. To think we were breathing all of that stuff in. Yikes! I suffer terrible allergies as well, so all that dust couldn't have been good for them. People usually don't think about general home maintenance on things they don't see, such as water heaters and air ducts, but don't neglect these things because you'll be sorry if you do and the piece of mind you will have knowing you are sleeping in a safe environment is priceless!
