I had three different companies in Springfield come out and provide quotes. The Jon Wayne Heating and Air quote for a new Train unit was right in line with one other companies quote for the same equipment. I am a real researcher before a big purchase kind of guy, so I pretty much knew what I needed and the brands that were going to meet those needs before I even had one guy out. All that was left was convincing me who to use. The third company tried to sell me on a unit I didn't want so was out of the running right there. I was pleased that all of the different companies were similar in prices, but Jon Wayne Heating came recommended from a friend who used to work in the business. The owner himself came out, and I didn't feel like I just had some slick salesman working me over. He listened to my questions and was able answer them immediately and took the time to go over everything in detail. They also handled any City Utilities tax breaks and Train rebates so I didn't have to worry about that. On the day of the install the guys came out on time, were thoroughly professional and had the new system up and running without any issues. Before they left I inspected everything closely myself and asked a few questions which they were happy to answer. I have a great new system installed at a more than reasonable price in my opinion but to be honest the big selling point wasn't the price, it was the professionalism of the company that won me over.

I also found sawdust around one duct that they had mentioned was full of sawdust. They moved furniture and objects and did not return them to their original place. When I called to complain to the manager who was on vacation and who did not return my call when he returned. When I finally reached him, he apologized and offered to do the job again. ????? They had already been cleaned, why would I want it done again???? He had lots of excuses for why .... Should you choose to use them, be sure to check everything before they leave as they cannot be trusted to complete a task correctly.

On top of that there was a problem with mold under the house. Once I had that remediated Enviro-Air came out and got to work on the ducts. The job they did was amazing. It took them several hours and they were thorough both before and after the job as they cleaned up after themselves. They took plenty of before and after pictures of the ducts to show what they accomplished and it's a night and day difference in what the ducts looked like. To think we were breathing all of that stuff in. Yikes! I suffer terrible allergies as well, so all that dust couldn't have been good for them. People usually don't think about general home maintenance on things they don't see, such as water heaters and air ducts, but don't neglect these things because you'll be sorry if you do and the piece of mind you will have knowing you are sleeping in a safe environment is priceless! Once he had the correct part, he scheduled a time and arrived to fix the issue. It took longer than expected, but he said he finished, and I paid him in cash. I started a load after he left to make sure everything worked fine, but water pour out over the kitchen floor. I immediately called him back, and after looking at it, he determined that the hose clamp had broken while he was installing the pump. He would need to get a new one. I was told two days later that no one had the appropriate clamp and he would need to order a new pump. I tried to contact him several times after this, but no answer. I finally got him to answer but he immediately hung up and BLOCK my number. He never did complete the repair or return my money
