I took my IPhone 8 to them to repair the screen. When I returned to pick up my phone I was advised that my home key was not working. Abdal had put a tool on the phone that is like a cursor so that I can utilize my phone. He repaired the screen but the functions of the phone are terrible. I was told to bring the phone back the next day and he would work on the phone. Long story short he removed the new screen and replaced my old screen and I was given a refund plus he gave me $10 for gas. The home key on my phone is still broken and the functions on my phone are horrible. I contacted Ensurance (the insurance company for AT&T) and to replace my phone I will have a $225.00 deductible. I contacted Abdal to see how we are going to handle this issue. He was out of control. He failed to listen to me. He was yelling and even had the nerves to say that I am trying to gouge his business. I am the one that has this raggedy phone. I feel like I went to the hospital with a broken finger and I left the hospital with a broken leg! I guess I will see A to Z Computers in court!

Although they could diagnose what was wrong based on my description they tested the computer which was smart because it turns out I cannot read and purchased the wrong adapter. They also were sympathetic because I work from home. Sympathy is rare from my experience with techies. They did everything possible to get my computer to me quickly. In sum... calm and capable computer guys for when your technology is all ina tizzy.
