I came in June 6th, paid my $200 dollars and told my repair would be done by the next day. I come the next day and am told by the clerk that his manager may not have ordered the part and he hasn't spoken to him. I then asked if he could call the manager and he said no. I asked why not and he repliedhe cannot tell me why he cannot call his own manager. At this point I was confused on how any business refuses to let you speak to a manager and can't even get a reason. Then he told me I call back on the following Monday for an update. I declined and asked for a refund after having to threaten to call the police to get my phone back from their inventory.
