This is not the first time we have used Computer Helper. They have always provided outstanding and very prompt service and customer service is always superior. Evan, Josh and Jeremiah are outstanding. The moment I called with my laptop problems, they were very professional and caring. They arranged for me to bring it in right away, were knowledgeable about possible problems. Evan gave me possible solutions and timetable as to how long it would take to fix the problem. They may be good at other things, but Do NOT go to this place for data recovery. It's clearly not their specialty. Unfortunately, they charge the same amount whether they are able to recover data or not. I'm guessing they rarely do. I paid $85 for absolutely nothing, not even get a real quote for the cost to actually be able recover the data. I definitely feel ripped off. read more

I told them I wanted a serious gaming computer and the managers first question was "How much money do you have"? That surprised me but I trusted them so I said $2000 to $3000. So what do you think the cost was? $3000. And it won't even run a CD game. It doesn't have windows or even a wireless mouse. Basically I feel that they screwed me big time. read more

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The pentalobe screws on my MacBook Pro were complete stripped and I couldn't get the back lid off. I bought so many tools and went to so many stores, and I'm mad I waited so long to come here. They got the lid off! They are incredibly customer oriented and know their stuff. The staff at Computer Helper (Hospital Drive) assisted me and educated me in the repair and education. Before Computer Helpers, we were having a lot of computer issues. We recently had to move our whole computer system to a server. Computer helpers networked our whole system, and are constantly monitoring our computers.
