My computer was out of commission for months due to a screen issue. I have a MacBook and we t back and forth with Apple after I was informed by the store owner that it should be covered under a recall. The fact that they were honest with me speaks volumes about their customer care. After Apple continued to give me the run-around I ultimately chose Pyramid to do the repair. Latoya is a Gem! I've been back and forth taking my laptop and my Mother, & Sister's laptops to get repaired. Latoya always greets me with such warmth and information. I truly appreciate her insight and energy. Elton was so friendly over the phone when he explained to me what was happening, after he took a deeper dive into my laptop, in particular. After a battery replacement, I forgot to request a keyboard replacement, so I'll be going back, and I'm happy to do so. Recently, I took my laptop to Pyramid to replace a cracked screen; I needed it repaired quickly to prevent losing too much time from my consulting business. In addition to the one laptop, I needed another one repaired to use as a back-up. Although Pyramid promised to complete the repair in 3 days, both laptops were actually completed in 1 day. I have done business with Pyramid for more that 10 years, and they have always exceeded my expectations concerning expedience as well as quality. Elton is the best! I had a desktop problem and being in the IT field I forgot the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) method and over analyzed my personal PC. I did extensive file system checks and recovered hard to get LOG files that which showed error's all over the place. I explained to Elton what was going on and how the system was randomly shutting down. No BSOD or black screen, it would just shut down. After talking to Elton, he said it's your power supply! He worked on my PC for two days and was positive it was the PS. There was no charge for the diagnostics, I wanted to pay him for his time but he refused! I took my ten year old Mac Book to Pyramid after taking it to a shop in the City of Decatur. The computer repair shop in the City of Decatur charged me $250, failed to record the payment and did not honor the work when I had to return it a few weeks later. So I took Macbook to Pyramid computer on Main Street, Downtown Stone Mountain and they did an excellent and thorough repair for a lot less than $250. read more

I had a very good experience with Pyramid Computer Enterprise. I needed a new screen for my laptop. I wasn't ready to buy a new laptop so I wanted to get mine fixed. A business friend recommended Pyramid so I called them up. The price for the new screen and installation were both reasonable. The timeline promised was adhered to and I had my laptop back in a couple of days. So far it's working great. Latoya did everything promised and she kept me informed along the way. The absolute best computer shop in town! Located in the heart of downtown Stone Mountain; right accross street from the public library. Pyramid Computers is a friendly family owned business that I've used several times for;not only, to service my computer but to also utilize functions such as faxing and other services that you can not accomplish at the library accross the street. The staff at Pyramid level of professionism is outstanding; moreover, their fairness of their prices and sevices are unmatched. It's great to have computer experts that won't charge an arm and a leg for their issues they have easily resolved. I can't account for how many times that we've not been charged for simple fixes.Though, We will be relocating to the other side of town, we will continue to bring our computers here for any and all service issues that arises.
