When I arrived the next day, everything went well. I had to wait a little longer than promised, but my phone was intact and functioning. However, a almost a month later the screen shows a green line that gradually gets bigger each day. I took it back and they would not replace the screen. Instead, they suggest I buy another screen free of labor fees. The son insisted I dropped the phone or caused damage, yet you see in the photos no damage occurred.
