He helped me extensively on some complex problems related to Win 11, setting up a refurbished pc i bought which had some technical issues and a host of other important problems which came up. He was always very prompt, thorough and personable , and was not overly technical in explaining what we needed to do and why. His fees for what he did were very fair in every case. ! I wouldnt use anyone else for any computer problems i have and i have been fixing my own pc problems without help for 25 years so i dont call a PC technician unless i am really desperate!

Justin had it for one day and was able to get the sound back on, and fixed a few glitches. After confirming with me, we ended up wiping the hard drive and came up with a plan that honestly I couldn't believe the was so affordable! He purchased some software that he quoted me, but in the end I didn't need - so the cost was even less. Oh and I had it back in 5 days, probably would have been sooner, but life got in the way (on my part).     I brought my Dell laptop to 1010Computers because it would not power on. After the repair, the…read morelaptop worked, but I later discovered it was running on a 128GB SSSTC SSD--a very small, low-end drive I never authorized or discussed with the shop. When I asked for clarification, the business stated they had diagnostic photos, hardware inventory screenshots, and a detailed report proving the SSD was already in the machine at the time of service. I requested copies multiple times. They did not provide a single photo, screenshot, or document. The customer portal they referenced contained only an invoice and the laptop's serial number. When I asked again for the documentation they claimed existed, the shop refused to send it and insisted they would no longer communicate in writing. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

    On October 30, 2025, I brought my HP Spectre x360 ​​laptop which had a flickering screen, to their…read moreoffice (ticket #9325). I paid $50 for a diagnostic check. On November 13, they sent me an email stating that they had run tests but found nothing, and that opening the case was required for further investigation. However, claiming that the screws were in poor condition, they demanded $80 for this procedure. Only for opening the case! I realized that I was dealing with scammers. I had previously opened the laptop case myself without any issues when replacing the battery, following instructions I found on YouTube. I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube. The laptop has been working without any problems ever since. Do not get involved with these scammers.

One of the things always in the back of a remote workers mind is "what if my computer goes down and remote IT can't fix it...". Well look no further. I was about to make a TERRIBLE mistake and have to take two days of PTO by taking my laptop into Cleveland to "IT Computer and Phone Repair" as they could not get to my computer until the next day. Something didn't sit right with me with their reviews as well. They seemed to be done by the owner, and the only honest ones were not good. I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again. He also knows his stuff too; this is clearly his career as I bounced a few questions off of him that he was able to explain with such depth and aptitude that it was clear to me he has passion and knowledge for tech - skills one does not simply just get by watching YouTube videos. The professionalism Paul exuded made me feel comfortable with him immediately in my home. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 30 minutes, not days like the other guys. On top of that, he went ahead and cleaned up my laptop for me as I process a lot of data; and he did it all for an amazing value. In fact, I was in shock with how affordable Paul was, especially considering he drove to me the day of. Now, my computer is running better than ever, I didn't have to miss work and take PTO, and I didn't make the mistake of being honeypotted into a shop that would have had my computer for days. Paul, if you read this, again, thank you so much. I was freaking out and panicking as this is my livelihood and income source, and the thought of having to reschedule clients and miss work before Memorial Day weekend had me in a tailspin. Again because of you I'm back at work the same day I had my computer issue. To anyone reading this - this is your guy. Don't go anywhere else, you won't need to as Paul comes to you. Words cannot genuinely express the professionalism, speed, affordability, and knowledge that Paul brings. This is his career, and it shows. Thank you again, and Cheers Paul!

I called around to some local shops and all of them required me to drop my computer off and they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. And today's day and age that is just unacceptable especially when it cost us paid time off. I discovered Paul based on his glowing reviews, and boy are those reviews accurate. I called Paul, and he immediately asked me where I was located and was to my home in the hour. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my issue and even took the time to sit me down and explain the issue, and how he fixed it. This is clearly an individual who cares about his profession. Not only was Paul a consummate professional, but he was timely, kind, And beyond affordable for what is basically on demand IT service to your house up in the north Georgia mountains.
