One of the things always in the back of a remote workers mind is "what if my computer goes down and remote IT can't fix it...". Well look no further. I was about to make a TERRIBLE mistake and have to take two days of PTO by taking my laptop into Cleveland to "IT Computer and Phone Repair" as they could not get to my computer until the next day. Something didn't sit right with me with their reviews as well. They seemed to be done by the owner, and the only honest ones were not good. I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again. He also knows his stuff too; this is clearly his career as I bounced a few questions off of him that he was able to explain with such depth and aptitude that it was clear to me he has passion and knowledge for tech - skills one does not simply just get by watching YouTube videos. The professionalism Paul exuded made me feel comfortable with him immediately in my home. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 30 minutes, not days like the other guys. On top of that, he went ahead and cleaned up my laptop for me as I process a lot of data; and he did it all for an amazing value. In fact, I was in shock with how affordable Paul was, especially considering he drove to me the day of. Now, my computer is running better than ever, I didn't have to miss work and take PTO, and I didn't make the mistake of being honeypotted into a shop that would have had my computer for days. Paul, if you read this, again, thank you so much. I was freaking out and panicking as this is my livelihood and income source, and the thought of having to reschedule clients and miss work before Memorial Day weekend had me in a tailspin. Again because of you I'm back at work the same day I had my computer issue. To anyone reading this - this is your guy. Don't go anywhere else, you won't need to as Paul comes to you. I was in a really tight spot as I am a remote worker. Unfortunately, my computer completely crashed…read morein the middle of the day during work. I called around to some local shops and all of them required me to drop my computer off and they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. And today's day and age that is just unacceptable especially when it cost us paid time off. I discovered Paul based on his glowing reviews, and boy are those reviews accurate. I called Paul, and he immediately asked me where I was located and was to my home in the hour. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my issue and even took the time to sit me down and explain the issue, and how he fixed it. This is clearly an individual who cares about his profession. Not only was Paul a consummate professional, but he was timely, kind, And beyond affordable for what is basically on demand IT service to your house up in the north Georgia mountains. He is now my GO-TO LG man and has restored my faith in LG products. He could not have been more professional and I was totally comfortable with him in my house. He even gave me a tutorial on what channels I could get with an LG app. He is the only LG repairman I will ever call.

They refused to continue to try to fix it unless they were paid more money. However, I was told they did all they knew how to do. I am very frustrated and unhappy and would never go back there again.

But they need to act more interested and be eager to help, along with being much more friendly. My daughter had seen that there was a new screen repair place in Walmart as we were shopping. So…read morewe brought her iPad which had a broken front screen. They were quick and courteous. They were able to quickly determine what would need to be fixed and what was still in working order. The price was competitive and they were able to get started immediately. We finished our shopping for the day and swung back by to pick up the repaired IPad. The shop is VERY VERY new, and they are still working to get the shop products on the shelves. If you have a device that needs some work, I'd recommend giving these guys a shot.

I had dropped and broke my screen on September 17, 2024. I…read morecalled repair shops in the Cleveland area, and they were talking $160 to have my screen repaired. Plus, they could have not done on the same day. They would have to order the parts in order to replace my screen. I also called several other chain screen repair shops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation before they would fix my phone. I was getting very frustrated. On Friday thinking I was just going to need to buy new phone with all the prices being between 160 and $200 for a screen repair. Friday, September 20 at 7 PM I decided to look 1 more time. I found this store (I fix and repair) inside the Cornelia Walmart. The store was open until 830. By the time I got there it was 8:05. I brought my phone in and showed the guy the damage. He was pleasant and told me he could get my phone repaired and out the door in about 20 minutes. He was a super nice person. This is a family business. And within 25 minutes he had me fixed with a new screen and screen protector and out the door for under $100. I believe if you would bring a phone to most places, and they only had 1/2-hour before they closed. That they would turn away business. Not this guy, he was like. You give me 20 minutes and I will get you taken care of. It is a small shop inside the Cornelia Walmart. They have accessories and phones to purchase inside their store as well. I would highly recommend him. I will for sure be back to this store. The store has great hours for the working person. It is close and very convenient
