We were also pleasantly surprised just a few weeks ago when another contractor discovered water in our crawlspace. The man from Palm Springs was here in no time at all. He a little less than an hour here, advised us he found no leaks, and said that we just needed to re-caulk around our shower stall. Last night we had temperatures in the teens, and we suspected we may have had a pipe under the house to freeze and break, so we called PSP and asked them to check it out. A real live person answered the phone and scheduled one of their men someone to come check things out. We are now satisfied and established customers.
