Jake was very communicative. He sent a reminder and on the day of install, kept me informed of his arrival time, etc. He was right on time. He began his work and was incredibly thorough in his approach. He unmounted my old/dead TV and prepped for the new one. Once he got it mounted, everything looked great with all the cables hidden. For almost 3 years I have been on auto pay for them to secure and monitor these 2 properties. Our home was robbed and we were not even notified! His security system never alerted us or him. We had to call him while the police were there doing a police report. We experience faulty equipment repetitively. Door alarms, window alarms and cameras not recording or blacking out. I kept the faith until I realized that he was mistaking my kindness for weakness. He will tell you he will take care of problems. We always had to continually call every 2 weeks to remind him. He never keeps appointments. He will give you every excuse why he was not prepared or why he could not accomplish and tell us he will reschedule. I called him 3 months ago to install a camera. He never showed but kept assuring us he would. This guy is not trustworthy. You are hearing this from a God fearing individual that loves people. I don't ever want anyone to experience the dishonesty that my wife and I have experienced for almost 3 years. I called my brother who also used him from my referral in the beginning and asked about his experience.
