Before they gave me a quote they made sure they knew exactly what I needed, which I appreciate. I've had companies low bid me in the past only to try to tack on extra charges once they arrive. CJ took his time to think it through and La Saundra ran to a hardware store for a part they needed. They were both really nice and very professional. The people are very nice, Professional and friendly but the quality of work is terrible. My outlet were connected into a extension cord behind my tv which was wrapped in speaker wire. The mount was ineffective couldn't get my tv to stay in one position i was afraid it was going to fall due to how far it was tilted downward. The installer dug a hole in my wall to run the cables and cords rather than drilling and putting a insert around it to make it look professional. Rates are FARRRR to high for such poor performance. P.s. when i moved me and my wife couldn't figure out how to get my tv off of the wall because of how rigged everything was and the mount difficulty. Wouldn't recommend read more

Precise Installations did a great job yesterday mounting my tv! I found them on craigslist (sometimes people only post their discounted deals on there) and looked them up. I was happy to see they had a website and yelp reviews. This is the only way I will go with someone I find on craigslist for obvious reasons. They responded to my inquiry in about 10 minutes via yelp and were able to come out the next day. They called about 30 minutes before arrival time to confirm and showed up right on time. Precise Installations did exactly as their name says... They were very precise. They mounted our two TVs and hid the wires in our bedroom. We ran into an issue with the way one of the mounts was made and the location of the outlet, and they took their time to relocate the outlet so that the TV would sit correctly on the wall. Both TVs look great and neat on the wall! They clean up after themselves when they have to drill into the wall, and they test everything to make sure it's set up properly. I called and recieved same say service, which was amazing because i was tired of my tv being on the floor. The woman who answered and corresponded with during the whole making appt process was very polite. The tech came on time and punctual. Was very quick and did a great job. Very neat job. My only disappointment was the fact that out of all the times i have had TV's mounted usually people charge a small additional fee for any other tv's.... once the tech was here I thought about having a additional tv mounted and it was gone be extra $99 which is their original price. read more
