We needed our 65" tv mounted over a fireplace, which you would think is not rocket science. We had two other people come in drill a bunch holes only to tell us none of the 4 types of brackets would work because there is a power outlet in the way. Marcus mounted a 55 inch outdoor tv, 85 inch indoor TV (attached), and 45 inch indoor TV. He provided the correct mount for all and made sure a swivel mount was placed outside for easy viewing. He took all of our concerns into consideration and wasn't satisfied until it things looked exactly as we wanted. Even after he was finished with his job he insisted on coming back to make small adjustments such as moving the 85 inch tv mount over a couple inches and replacing a faulty electric outlet. I hired him for a NEST outdoor camera installation. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. He came an hour earlier than scheduled appointment time (which worked great for me), and he even finished install prior to my original scheduled appointment slot. WINNING! He made sure the camera angle was perfect, and I had asked him to change it several times. He didn't get upset or frustrated. He also had to uninstall the camera so that I could get the QR code on the back of the camera. Again he was very patient and understanding. It was really refreshing that he was so accommodating to all requests and he frequently kept saying, "It's not a problem." His professionalism is A1, his branding is nice too (he was wearing his company logo on his sweatshirt), and he is very organized. I also appreciated how he has notified me of all my options that were actually cheaper for outdoor cameras, etc. But I had my heart set on NEST, I've been a customer with them for some time (I have their doorbell camera and two NEST thermostats) so I wanted to stay within the NEST family. But I appreciated him for letting me know all my options because if I was open to it, I would have saved some money going with his recommended outdoor camera.
