Quincy and Jay are two of the best hands down. They were knowledgeable, neat and proficient. You can't beat the price they off either, my overall experience with All Wires Hidden was a 10/10 and that's the truth. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. read more

This is my second time receiving service from All Wires Hidden. The first time was in February 2019 and I got two flat screens one installed in living room one in my bed room. Quincy was very professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He hit the wires perfectly and the TV is very secure on the wall. Also he left my house very clean because he picked up the trash and even offered to throw away the box even though he did not have to. I like that out of respect he took off his shoes ( I never asked him to btw). This time around my TV living room went out and I contacted him last minute, he was able to show up on time and switched out my TV for the new one in less than 30 minutes. Quoted me a pretty fair price also. I will definitely be using his services again in the future, if I decide to get a TV in the kitchen or bathroom as he said Lol read more

Quincy at All Wires Hidden did such an amazing job mounting my TV and his customer service cannot be beat! Upon arrival the mount I purchased was not the best mount, and not only did Quincy order me the correct wall mount he didn't charge me for having to come out a second time and mount the TV. In most situations installers would just use what I had to get the job done, but you could tell he takes great pride in his work and his customer's satisfaction. I love that he went over and above to make sure I was happy. He was also in and out in under one and a half hours, and his work was flawless. I would totally recommend him to anyone! read more

Quincy and his crew are absolute professionals who don't balk at challenges but instead find solutions to them and ensure the customer is absolutely happy. They went out their way to not only ensure the speakers were installed, but to ensure the system worked and everything was cleaned up afterward! Thank you! read more

Last week I Googled local TV Mounting services and came upon a site called Thumbtack. This site allows you to enter your information and the type of services you're needing to receive quotes from local vendors. After submitting my request I immediately started receiving quotes. From the 5 quotes I received I one from "All Wires Hidden". This wasn't the lowest quote, but I was impressed by everything that was included in his quote and the reviews I saw on the site. I sent an email to Quincy who's the installer and he responded immediately. I went ahead and made an appointment for Sunday. Quincy called me on Sunday and he arrived at the exact time he told me he would be there and I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with the service I received. Quincy did an AMAZING JOB and his quality of work is definitely TOP NOTCH. I have already started recommending him to all of my friends and co-workers. Thanks QUINCY!!!! read more

My basement was finished 4 years ago with prewiring and install of TVs/Receivers etc. I lost signal to my main TV and was told by the previous install man "I'll get there when I can" After a week of phone tag, I contacted Quincy. 2 days after our first email exchange, he was at the house diagnosing the problem. He purchased all the equipment I needed for the project after first sending me an email quotation for labor and materials that was very reasonable. He installed a new receiver, hooked the endless wires behind it and reprogrammed my universal remote. He also mounted a new speaker bar and shelf in a different room. Not an spec of dry wall dust anywhere! During the install, he answered at least 4 phone calls helping recent customers with new systems who needed help "how do I turn on room 2?" The price for his service was excellent, quality of his service matched, and when he was leaving he said "call me if you need any help!" and I knew he meant what he said. read more

Quincy did an awesome job mounting our 55 inch living room tv. I called a couple weeks in advance to set my appointment and Quincy informed me of his costs and asked some basic questions. I didn't already have a mount so he sent a link to the $20 amazon mount he prefers to use. Atlanta Friday Traffic got the best of him on the way to my appointment (happens to me all the time) but he kept me in the loop on his ETA and arrived pretty promptly. It took him a little more than an hour to get everything installed/situation and he even helped us optimize our tv settings! I'll be contacting All Wires Hidden for future projects (like bedroom TVs) for sure! read more

Called Quincey one afternoon and explained we had bought a new TV and all I needed was the cables run through the wall again. He was at my home the next morning on time and was done in 20 minutes. He was careful to take his shoes off, he cleaned up the area he worked in and helped me out with the price. He is so nice and professional! I definitely recommend him he is great! read more

Quincy is awesome, does great work! Originally hung two TVs for us at our townhouse a few years ago. Hung the TVs exactly where we wanted, hid the wires, moved the outlet, and just a nice guy to work with. When we moved, we remembered his company's name and he came to our new house to hang another two TVs. Lastly, just hired him a few days ago to hang a TV and mount two Sonos speakers at a new business we are opening. Great work for a very fair price and highly recommend. Thanks Quincy! read more

I wish I could do a negative star because my tv is still not hung. He was late , super late. Came in with multiple excuses, asked could he leave to take his girl to do her job and that he would come back. Stated he would be back around 6 and never should up. Called Him, infamous me Quincy , and he gave me so much BD it's crazy as well as had is girl on the speaker phone interjecting. This is an example of why it's hard to spend money within our people. Please use some one else please !!!! read more

Love the work I had done! Would highly recommend and great pricing! Mounting was very quick and thorough.

Quincy at All Wires Hidden is the best! Professional all the way. We purchased new tv's at Christmas for my grandparents who live in Kennesaw. We wanted to also have them mounted so I first called Geek Squad at Best Buy to get a price but they were too high. So I searched and called All Wires Hidden on Google. His price was great and scheduled the installation within a day or 2 of calling. Not only did he do a fantastic job mounting the tv's he sent me picture updates as he was working. Which was great because we don't live in Kennesaw and wanted to take care of it for my grandparents. Top notch service 5 stars all the way. I would recommend him to anyone in the area! read more

As you can see from the other reviews, Quincy runs an excellent operation. I contacted him to help with cord management on a previously mounted 55" TV above a mantle/fireplace. He was out the next day, arrived during the window discussed, and was done with the work quickly. The results are extremely high-quality. On top of that, his pricing was extremely reasonable. Don't be scared off by the Kennesaw location--I live in Decatur. I will absolutely use him for whatever technology needs I have in the future and recommend him, without reservation, to anyone needing technology installation assistance. The level of his customer service is reflected in his 5 star rating. read more

This is a great company!!! I searched around and came across this company on 5 miles and so happy that I found them. They provided exceptional service and I finally got my tv mounted above my fireplace and it looks great!!! read more

Showed up late. Scratched my wall with equipment. Did not secure the wires behind the TV well at all although my husband asked if he had velcro to attach the cable box to the TV in the back. He said no and that we could buy some ourselves. Isn't that what I was paying him to do??? Instead he just draped the wires around the TV without securing them with any velcro as we were accustomed to when we had other TV's mounted. When I told him the TV was crooked he proceeded to jerk the TV around and the cable box fell from behind the TV, scuffed the wall and broke. I had to then travel over an hour to exchange this expensive google fiber box the next day so I could have TV since him dropping it damaged the hardware inside of the box. The TV was working fine until I asked him to adjust the TV and the box fell from behind the TV for the SECOND time I might add. I'm wondering what he expected to happen since he didn't secure the box to the TV. If I hadn't asked him to adjust the TV he would've been fine leaving the box not well secured behind the TV and possibly falling on my kids in the future because at this point his phone was ringing off the hook and he was late for his next appointment, per his conversation, and would be leaving in 10 minutes once he finished here. I thought he was rushing because he, in my opinion, had more than 10 minutes worth of work left. I think it was then when he decided to do a half a** job to make it to the next job ASAP. After we confirmed with google customer service, while he was still here, that the box had been damaged beyond repair and needed to be swapped out, he said sorry and that "I have to get to the next job" and left. I guess the positives were that we didn't have to pay, although he wasn't getting any money from me and he at least seemed like he was trying to fix the TV after he broke it. I guess that's the price he had to pay for rushing and it ended up costing him more time. I would not use him again. read more
