He's a great guy to work with; smart, friendly, and really knowledgeable. IAV designed its scope based on the needs I described (I needed 8 cameras that would record 24/7 and record all human or vehicular motion...plain and simple). IAV strongly recommended the Luma camera system. I agreed and they installed. They forgot to set up motion alerts during the installation. After a lot of back and forth, including pushback from their sole in-house engineer Eddie, IAV reluctantly sent their technician back to the property. He updated the settings to allow notification. Now I receive literally 300 notifications a day because a leaf on the corner of my property will wiggle in the breeze. We turned down the sensitivity to a 2 and I still get hundreds of notifications. See attached pics for a small window of time. The system cries wolf and is completely ineffective. I've asked Eric the CEO to send someone back to the house to fix the settings but he refuses saying I signed off on the installation and he's no longer responsible for it even though we're well within the 12 month warranty period. I've filed claims with the state licensing agency and Secretary of State. This is a sad situation but IAV just doesn't have the manpower or expertise to solve basic surveillance problems. I get the feeling they are spread really thin.

I like the tech, Jeremy, but the company is a mess. No online billing, no response without several follow-ups, billing for a Control4 4Sight subscription despite it never working. And also requested multiple quotes for additional services, like automated blinds, and it took weeks and my follow-up to get a response. It also seems they're not very familiar with the product. After months, I'm still trying to undo/change presets from the previous owner, but only the dealer can do that. And isn't.

The result is unbelievable -- it looks like an art piece hanging in the living room. What blew me away is how perfectly they handled the tile surface (not an easy job!). Everything is solid, level, and super clean. They also did cable concealment so there are absolutely no wires showing anywhere. Luckily our modem/router input had been rerouted around the splitter so it was still up. I did some looking around and found ADTV and figured to give them a call on a Saturday afternoon no less...figure the odds of getting someone knowledgeable. Blessed by the Universe...Ed answers the phone and we chat for at least an hour...most impressive is all i can say. He guessed the powered splitter was capoot...i was skeptical since the green light was still on. There was an old manual splitter...Ed suggested rerouting the antenna then connect a TV and try the auto signal search feature...98 channels found....yeah man. So i am connecting the other 2 TVs and we are set.
