Eric came highly recommended by my best friend, who has had an installation in his old place in Grant Park and more recently in Cumming, both by Eric (owner). I recently moved to Alpharetta (love you, East Lake, hate you, crime) and our beautiful new suburban home had a first gen Hitachi flat screen complete with DVI-cabled HD tuner installed at what must have been 13 feet on our stack stone fireplace. See my uploaded pic. I'm not looking to alter the stone mantle, so suffice it to say we're resigned to having a TV that is mounted ridiculously high. But the old TV was 8" above the mantle so there was room for improvement. I got a sick deal on a TV at Yellow box place and also picked up a matching surround/DVD combo, and gave Eric a call. First note that Eric is a workhorse and he and his crew work basically 7 days a week, so finding an open slot isn't impossible. Eric drilled new, lower holes in the stone, rehung the mount I had (savings!) and ran the wires (two 12ft+ HDMI cables and power, plus another cable for remote if needed in the future, and my center speaker cable. He was out of the formally installed power boxes so offered to come back the following week to install one and ran a power cord as an interim solution. He came back the next Saturday, installed the box plus an extra optical cable on request, and only charged for materials. The install is top notch and I believe what I paid was totally fair (~$400 inclusive of cords and power box, and it was a LOT of work). Mounting on a plain wall is one thing but on a stacked stone fireplace is a situation you don't want to tackle on your lonesome. BTW, plain wall installs are super inexpensive - $190 I think including mount and cables. Add it all up. It's a deal. read more

Eric installed our new Sony 70" flatscreen yesterday evening. He was curteous, professional and even interacted well with our two and a half year old toddler who was afraid of the noises of the drilling at first. Eric also helped me out when the cheap mount that the yellow big box store sold me wouldn't work. He took theirs down, installed one of his and only charged the for the mount and did not increase the price for his extra time and labor. Eric did a terrific job installing three flat screen TV's for us right after our home move in November of 2016 (32", 46" and 60"). He even created a custom mount for us out of wood for the smallest screen that was located in a bookcase tucked in an eve and it looks amazing. Our IT guy at the office recommended him and said he did really good work at very reasonable prices - and he does! I'd highly recommend him to everyone. In fact we just had it come back out a year later to help me fix the self-installation job on our new 49" flat screen (hubby tried!) and it's now level, operable, stable, wires hidden, remotes synced and he set the screen to Vivid mode which changed the whole brightness level and quality. This is my second time using Eric. He first hung a flat screen TV for us about a year ago and did a beautiful job hanging it over brick fireplace. Great attention to detail, not a cord in sight, it is gorgeous. We just had him back to see if we could run an ethernet cable from the lower level to the third level of our townhouse. He as out the next day to assess the situation, back the following day to complete the work. Again, cannot even see the cable he ended up running behind a downspout, he did it in less time than he estimated and it is perfection. Cannot say enough good things about Eric! read more

Eric is knowledgeable and generally/historically does a good job. He did two installs for me. One was perfect, except Eric had weird passive aggressive attitude and wasn't very cordial and was kinda short. I thought everyone has a bad day so I thought I'd use him again for a different project. His work was perfect though on the first project. Perfect. The second time he came out - he seemed bothered in general, again! The work was okay, but I will have to have an electrician come out and redo some of his work as it was not visually acceptable. The rest was fine when he didn't seem in a rush. I see all the reviews on Eric...overall he is decent and work is good and fairly priced...but him being an indifferent as**ole, it isn't cool and he isn't really interested in people, just money. And if your not happy, once you pay him he says, " sorry it's your problem, I'm too busy." You can be better Eric, you just have to want to. read more
