We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. I honestly can't say enough about how much better this experience has been than working with ADT or Ackerman!! With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier. They're truly the best- they really make home security simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Premier sent a tech, programmed my panel to call into their service and that was it. Everything since has worked perfectly. They have a very fast response time, I set it off a few times a year to be sure all is working and they respond within 30 seconds. I have also called them to put the system on test mode if I was doing work around the house etc and they answer the phone promptly and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Chuck, who has been with CPI for several years, is not only a terrific installer/technician who knows his job from top to bottom, but is always so happy to explain to the customer everything he's doing, and answer their questions and concerns thoroughly. We purchased a new home and the previous owners had AMSA as their support for security monitoring…read more Received a letter from Kevin O'Neal, introducing himself and giving us his contact information. We previously were locked into a FOREVER deal with ADT, so the break fee is prohibitive. We still wanted to get Kevin's evaluation. He came out quickly, talked me through the options and updates to the system that we would need (2007 installation). He even helped me figure out what was going on with the house where we were confused on how to address some lighting issues. ABOVE and BEYOND what was required of him. It turns out, if we went with AMSA and paid the break fee- it's not possible for us at this time. However, we are grateful for Kevin, his knowledge and advice, and also the support. I promise you that I will be moving to AMSA once the contract ends, because I know how ADT has been working lately for us. They will require us to sign a 3 year deal, but I'm patient.
