The technicians are great---they show up on time and know what they're doing. My alarm works really well---any time it goes off, the station calls me within 10 seconds to see if I need help. And the office staff, they're great! Very friendly, and helpful. I did a consult with ADT, but they hit me with a hard sell situation. I told the guy I wanted to think about it, and he accused me of wasting his time. I was astonished. Granted, he drove up from Atlanta, but I told him initially this would only be a consultation. He said he drove a long way to get to my house, and he felt like it was wasted time. I excused him promptly, slammed the door in his face, and called Atkins. I'm so glad I did. They are just wonderful from installation to service. And, they really seem to care about your peace of mind and want you to be happy with your system. I couldn't be happier with my system. Highly recommended.

I got several quotes to replace my openers, did my comparisons for price and products, and Access Garage Doors was willing to work with me to match another national chains price but provide a longer warranty for the work done. I got a confirmation text for my appointment. I got a call/text notifying me of who would be coming, WITH a picture of my technician, when he was on his way. I am so glad I chose these guys. Seth has been my go-to technician from the beginning--no dispatch calls and misunderstandings between the tech and dispatch. He is the one I got on the phone, and he was the one who did the work. He was very thorough in showing me what I needed to know with the new system. And the price was right on! Furthermore, since installing the new openers, Seth is the one I have been able to call when my camera wasn't responding and the doors were making extra loud noises when being opened the first time.
