Very annoyed that we bring an issue with cameras he installed no longer working due to a…read morethunderstorm and he didn't use a sense of urgency to try to fix, replace, or even troubleshoot the issue. One camera before the storm kept missing up and was not fixed. This is why we don't use people on Thumbtack! Thank goodness I have a family member that is a cop and good with cameras that can try to assist and give us next steps on what to do regarding this situation. Smh. These cameras are supposedly life time warranty but we'll rather pay for better service and new cameras!!
