Chuck, who has been with CPI for several years, is not only a terrific installer/technician who knows his job from top to bottom, but is always so happy to explain to the customer everything he's doing, and answer their questions and concerns thoroughly. He also ensures that his customers have all the security features that they want/need, prior to leaving their homes. He's also very intelligent and a lot of fun to be around. On the other hand, Michael S., who initially installed the CPI system in my current home, simply came in, did his work, and never really bothered to explain ANYTHING to me, unless I asked him a specific question. We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes.
