The technicians are great---they show up on time and know what they're doing. My alarm works really well---any time it goes off, the station calls me within 10 seconds to see if I need help. And the office staff, they're great! Very friendly, and helpful. I did a consult with ADT, but they hit me with a hard sell situation. I told the guy I wanted to think about it, and he accused me of wasting his time. I was astonished. Granted, he drove up from Atlanta, but I told him initially this would only be a consultation. He said he drove a long way to get to my house, and he felt like it was wasted time. I excused him promptly, slammed the door in his face, and called Atkins. I'm so glad I did. They are just wonderful from installation to service. And, they really seem to care about your peace of mind and want you to be happy with your system. I couldn't be happier with my system. We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier.
