The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. They sub contract everything and then slow pay the subs. They had 4-5 project managers in rotation who rarely showed up. They would have a sub work one or two days and then nobody would would work for 2 weeks Or longer. Some of the work was really poor from lack of supervision. I had to hire several contractors myself to do their best to sort out the problems. The pack out and demo went well but then reconstruction is a nightmare. i think this was a good company years ago that lost its way as all recent reviews are poor while old irrelevant ones are pretty good.

The circuit breaker in washing room (close to the garage) keep jumping off while connect to charge my tesla in 10Amp(breaker is able to 20A) and my washing machine and dryer machine tripped if connected at the same time after their renovation on my house. Never use them. 2. Really bad in the past several years. Rule #1 for the potential victim still choose using profire, never give profire the authority to get the claim check from the mortgage bank or insurance directly. They will use your money to do their other emergency/close due work for sure. Then yours will be delayed and with the cheapest work you ever see. They show good sides to you at the beginning and get your trust and then will ask if you want them do you a favor to save your time by getting your authority to get insurance check directly from the mortgage bank or insurance directly. If you trust them and did so, you are their dead meat for sure. Below is the floor they finished! LoL 3. Insurance company refused to pay my house rent any more after 14 months because profire delayed their own work for half a year. Profire have to pay for my rent to get the rest of my check. With their license owner and general manager's push, profire still cannot meet the deadline (after they paid my rent for half year) and failed the city inspection. From here, you know how bad they are. The whole work itself is simple and the estimated time only taking half year from insurance and their PM. Profire failed the city inspection and my rental house time dead, My family have to live in hotel again just like we get another fire on my house. They argue their company is in trouble with another lawsuit in the past year. Wish Profire dead quickly and not hurt other families anymore.
