I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. Based on his repair service and recommendations he quoted, I believe him to be an honest professional. I will be using SP Heating & Air for all future HVAC service and I will recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

When the techs came to install my unit, they came prepared to enter the home with shoe and floor covers which is something that was also a pleasant surprise. I had to wait a few days for my system to be installed (during a very hot time frame) which had nothing to do with the company, it was all on my part. I am disabled and my meds make the heat unbearable. Tim had his guys come out and put a couple of windw units in to get my family through the wait. They did not charge a single extra penny for the courtesy they provided, not even labor for the time his guys were here. As far as estimates go, I got three of them. He was almost $2,000 cheaper than the next closest estimate for the exact same unit! He also threw in a programmable thermostat for free. His crew - all I can say is they are outstanding.
