Hands down the best HVAC company in the Canton GA area. So I went to turn on the AC an noticed the thermostat was completely blank. With all these new computer driven devices there wasn't to much I could do. Checking for a blown fuse was about the extent of my trouble shooting skills so I placed a call to Fritts Heating and Air. Fritts himself (owner)showed up in the blink of an eye. A very nice easy going guy with years of knowledge and expertise. Appearing that the thermostat was bad he had to go to the warehouse to pick up a new one. Once back replacing the old one began. He let me watch and ask questions and just had and interesting conversation about anything and everything. Well strange the new one didn't work either. So after so quick troubleshooting in the basement furnace he found a defective in line fuse blown. Replacing the fuse and low and behold, success the thermostat was working. So being the nice guy he removed his unit and put the original back in. Problem solved. So in closing after spending hours in trouble shooting and traveling back and forth he only charged me for the service call. Absolutely amazing! These guys are amazing. 5 Star Quality and 5 Star Delivery seem to be rarer than ever these days. Fritts delivers both Value AND Quality. Fritts & Jose arrived at our home early on the date and time we agreed on. They had two of our broke down units back up and running with cold air delivery again within 30 minutes. I asked for a quote to replace one of the two 25 year old condensers and heater. They analyzed our needs and I had what I believed to be a fair quote within hours. We were booked and scheduled the very next day. Simply amazing the response and red carpet treatment they delivered. The install team was equally professional and took care when entering our house to check the thermostat (they removed shoes without even being asked). Everything was left clean and in tip-top shape from the attic to the back yard. I mean these guys genuinely CARE about thier work. My wife is HVAC certified, which is awesome because she can call servicers out on their BS as needed. Thankfully, she's never had to do that with Fritt's! They have always been knowledgeable and professional - they once forgot to schedule a stop to talk about venting a good vent to the outside, so the owner drove over to spare his withers another call at the end of the day without inconveniencing the client. I have a home warranty and when my air conditioning went out, it was taking AHS 2 weeks to send someone out to diagnose and repair, this was totally unacceptable. Once they diagnosed, the company that was sent, stated it could be another 2 weeks for parts, I lost it with AHS. A friend recommended Fritt's Heating and Air to me. It was the best day of my life! I called Haley at Fritt's on Wednesday, and explained my situation. She was so caring and helpful, I think she could feel my frustration with home warranty as well as the company they had sent out! I absolutely CANNOT believe I am the first to write a review for these guys. Fritts Heating and Air is THE BEST of the best. We moved into our 3 year old home in Feb. 2017, and just discovered, along with all our neighbors, that our Lennox AC units have leaky evaporative coils. Lennox was even involved in a class-action lawsuit about it, and lost, but they STILL haven't recalled the defective coils. We had called CoolRay to come out and at $90ish per lb. of freon and nearly $1000 for the labor charge, we just couldn't use them. We sent them away with their travel fee, and hoping for a better deal. Enter Fritts Heating and Air! We called Fritts like our neighbor suggested and we are so glad we did! Spoke to Sara over to phone on Monday, guys were out here on Tuesday AM, earlier than our scheduled time! Only $65 for freon and about half the cost of labor! Brought me up into the attic to see my leak. Handling contacting Lennox to get my new coil because the unit is still under warranty. Coming back out TONIGHT to put in new upstairs coil. Checked my downstairs AC unit pressure just to make sure it wasn't leaking too! We will never use another heating and air company ever again, because we found the perfect local business to support. Last year was my first experience with Fritts. It went well, and the owner/staff was very responsive. I'd needed a fan motor replaced which was installed although through no fault of their own, they were unable to get the Lennox brand coil in stock due to manufacturing and distribution delays, however they did consistently make contact to try to track it down. About a year later, we had issues that brought a technician by the name of Charles to our home. He serviced the system but was straightforward in telling us that the best bet was to replace the entire unit and coil. The expense of frequent visits for Freon or perhaps eventually a broken compressor convinced us we would come out ahead in the long run to upgrade. We are scheduled for the installation tomorrow, so more to follow soon. read more

Woke up to a cold house this Saturday morning. Fritts Heating and Air had a tech on the way in less than an hour. Ryan had us up and running about 30 minutes later. Because he tested the components and found a faulty capacitor this saved me from having to replace the blower motor in the near future.
