We are worried that ice might shut down power to our house this weekend and needed to light our fireplace for emergency backup heat. I tried but could not do it. Chris sent Rob, his technician to the rescue. I swear, it wasn't 20 minutes from my call when Ron arrived. He promptly fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, he got the pilot light lit and now we will have some heat if needed. You can only get service like that from a locally owned company. The big guys are owned by huge companies and just don't have those home town roots anymore. They are a for profit business but they would not accept payment for this service. We feel so blessed by their willingness to help us out. There is no other HVAC company for us. I think they should be yours too.
