Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Wanted to have two Aprilaire cleaners installed in my HVAC systems. Called Green and within 30 minutes spoke with Keith who reviewed photos I sent him and got back to me the next day with a very competitive quote. A date and time for the install was set and everything went like "clock work"the two tech's arrived on time and completed the work in a little over an hour and cleaned up after themselves. We needed heating & air installed in an out building on our property. I went with this company because they are local and the first quote they gave us was too high. However, they called back a week later with a quote about $1400 less than the original and so we accepted. The installation of a mini split unit was quick and easy. The unit was installed with no complications and interaction with all staff was great. They even sent us cookies as a thank you about a month later. I would recommend this company. read more

Run fast and hard away from this company!! Purchased a new home in May 2018. In August, the air conditioning fails in the main part of the house. The company comes out and determines that the larger air conditioning unit is out of freon causing the compressor to burn out. Two days later, Green is onsite to change the unit. That technician finds a coil to be burnt out in the furnace. Each piece gets replaced. In January 2019, we place a call that 3 vents in the front two rooms are not putting any warm air out of the vents. A fourth vent in front of the front door has minimal output. Technician arrives to check the situation, measures the temperatures throughout the main floor and agrees that the vents are not putting minimal to no air out of those four vents. The technician stated they needed to review the data. Two and a half weeks later with me hounding our builders' warranty manager for the results, the warranty manager claims that Green has finally sent the results overstating that everything is within industry standards. Nothing would be done about the little to no air coming out of the four vents. The technician didn't even check the air ducts in the attic. I explained to our builders' warranty manager and they agree to add some dampers to hopefully help with the air flow. I called Green and asked to speak with the general manager regarding all of the issues in a brand new home. After going through the details with Jim at Green, he laughed at me on the phone. I had it on speaker and my wife and lawyer daughter heard and agreed that Jim was very rude and couldn't believe he laughed at me. That was a Friday evening. I called Green the next Monday asking to speak to the owner. Unfortunately, Jim apparently is a co-owner and returned the call. Though he apologized for laughing, he meant to make light of the situation. My wife and I never found any of the problems to light or funny. Once our warranty period is over, we will NEVER do business with Green again. We wish we could get a competent service now. read more

We contacted Green Heating and air to replace a furnace they had installed over 20 years ago. Back then they were efficient, personable, on time and a joy to deal with. We called them again to replace said furnace today and - nothing had changed! The job was performed again by efficient, personable on time technicians who were even humorous. Truly this company has earned zero stars with the sloppy, unprofessional mess they've done to our newly built home. Their technicians have misled us and several other neighbors in our subdivision. Jimmy, the manager has told us that our brand new builder grade AC unit can only maintain our upstairs unit a difference of 10 degrees from the outside. Our children sleep and live upstairs which can't come close to maintaining even 74F during this hot July weather. For over 2 weeks the upstairs was in the 80s. In spite of a builder warranty against the equipment and Green's work, they refuse to fix the obvious problems they've made in our brand new home. This is the 3rd home we've built and owned over 20 years, and we've NEVER experienced this level of deception, disregard, and dereliction of duty. Limited air flow, units that can't maintain a reasonable temperature, dirty vents, vents improperly attached, vents lying on the floor, crushed vents, and units malfunctioning after closing just 6 months ago. This companies absolute disregard for their work absolutely astounds us as we are left with THOUSANDS of dollars of repair work. All of my neighbors are having the same problems as us including being misled with false information. Do NOT use this company!!! read more

My Green Heating and Cooling AC unit stopped working on a Thursday. I called and spoke to a technician that told me he wouldnt be able to help on Thursday. But he did assure me that he would call me on Friday. That never happened. I'm under warranty with a broken AC and the Greens warranty is worthless. read more
