I had to wait a few days for my system to be installed (during a very hot time frame) which had nothing to do with the company, it was all on my part. I am disabled and my meds make the heat unbearable. Tim had his guys come out and put a couple of windw units in to get my family through the wait. They did not charge a single extra penny for the courtesy they provided, not even labor for the time his guys were here. As far as estimates go, I got three of them. He was almost $2,000 cheaper than the next closest estimate for the exact same unit! He also threw in a programmable thermostat for free. His crew - all I can say is they are outstanding.
