Unfortunately I found their service to be very poor. Several times their technicians installed the wrong size filters in my units, left the filter access doors open, and frequently they had to come out several times to fix a problem. In fact they have never repaired a problem on the first visit since 2017. Please be careful with their billing system. I have tried to cancel my service contracts several times and they keep charging me. You have to call them several time to get the monthly charges stopped.

Our hot water heater died in the evening and we found Dayco through Yelp. I filled out their form…read moreand got an email asking when I would like a free estimate - (ASAP!). It was a 20 year-old water heater and the tank had worn out - so when Tyler came the next day around noon, there wasn't much to diagnose. He explained all our options and gave us a good price for a very good replacement. We said 'go!' and we had a new heater in about four hours. He also explained a few mistakes the previous installer had made with some of the plumbing (the reserve tank was on the wrong side of the valve and the plastic tubes were too close to the exhaust valve, which could have melted them). Anyway, Tyler was awesome - very professional, very proficient, very personable, and able to explain everything to someone who's definitely not a plumber. Can't recommend Dayco (and Tyler!) highly enough. Will definitely be calling again if we need anything else in the future.
