When we needed to install a new unit, Comfort Solutions was definitely priced competitively and awesome in getting everything up and running. We've had a few manufacturing issues, and Comfort has responded exceptionally well to ensure that our unit was kept up and running. This locally owned company does it right...they stand behind you and their products and services, no matter what. Strongly recommend them for servicing, new units or annual maintenance contracts. Matthew stated on the phone it was probably the capacitor and he would be over at 8AM the next day. He arrived on time and replaced the damaged capacitor bringing the AC back to working. Matthew was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing for the repair I felt was very reasonable. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies in the past and because of their performances, I did not call them again. I wish I could give Kirkland 6 stars instead of the max 5 allowed. There are indeed other Heating and Air Companies in the Dallas area; but there is only one Kirkland.
