Quincy was very professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He hit the wires perfectly and the TV is very secure on the wall. Also he left my house very clean because he picked up the trash and even offered to throw away the box even though he did not have to. I like that out of respect he took off his shoes ( I never asked him to btw). This time around my TV living room went out and I contacted him last minute, he was able to show up on time and switched out my TV for the new one in less than 30 minutes. Quoted me a pretty fair price also. I will definitely be using his services again in the future, if I decide to get a TV in the kitchen or bathroom as he said Lol

From start to finish, they responded in a reasonable amount of time (they were the first to respond in fact when I sent out requests for quotes to mount a 55-inch Smart TV), Antonio was most helpful regarding their procedure and what I needed to do to prepare, and they were very communicative and transparent regarding their pricing. They actually thanked me for choosing them, and they accept a variety of options for payment. Some companies are so restrictive on that and they are not. They value the customer relationship, and it really shows. That's not so common these days. Vincent, who did the mounting, likewise communicated well regarding his expected arrival, arrived at that time, and handled the issue well. He was able to reposition the frame to where the new television was not six inches above the previous one because they were different brands. He made that decision in our best interest to prevent us from having to strain our necks from enjoying television time in our living room, and I'm very appreciative of that. He was very professional, clean, and kind. He fixed an issue, in fact, regarding stripped screws from the previous mounting. I'd choose them again at the drop of a hat, and their pricing is very reasonable. They provide mounting and disposal services as well. I'm glad they are close by whenever we need them in the future.
