They wrote back by e-mail and let me know they had been slammed, which is fine. I believe in their abilities, but communication is an important element to business, even when you're busy. Came back without packaging for purchased breakers, which cost about $40 each, retail. He replaced two. The company charged $159. EACH. Said the price of the part includes labor, etc. One of those kinds of businesses - not transparent with their pricing, which is not the fault of the electrician. Can't recommend.

I usually never agree to on the spot quotes, but the guy was so nice, and I fell for it. The worst part was that at the end I was handed an iPad with a tip screen with the minimum suggested tip on the screen being over $500. Apparently, electricians are one of 8 categories allowed to pay no tax on tip, so watch out. Ask if you will be guilt tipped before someone comes to your house.

Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived on time as planned. We needed some light fixtures hung and an electric vehicle charger installed. They are honest. We had wanted some can lights put in and they told us up front that since the beams in our ceiling were lined up with the existing light, the cans would be off-centered, so we opted not to do them. This was a majority of the project too. On the lights they did hang, it was efficiently done and priced well below competitors. They were able to give quotes, including for the electrical charger sight-unseen, which many other could not do. And they stuck with the price.
