With all these new computer driven devices there wasn't to much I could do. Checking for a blown fuse was about the extent of my trouble shooting skills so I placed a call to Fritts Heating and Air. Fritts himself (owner)showed up in the blink of an eye. A very nice easy going guy with years of knowledge and expertise. Appearing that the thermostat was bad he had to go to the warehouse to pick up a new one. Once back replacing the old one began. He let me watch and ask questions and just had and interesting conversation about anything and everything. Well strange the new one didn't work either. So after so quick troubleshooting in the basement furnace he found a defective in line fuse blown. Replacing the fuse and low and behold, success the thermostat was working. So being the nice guy he removed his unit and put the original back in. Problem solved. So in closing after spending hours in trouble shooting and traveling back and forth he only charged me for the service call. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Fritts for and awesome experience on a frustrating situation.

The experienced team at Integrity Air led by Brandon suggested that we start to look at replacement options proactively and not wait for total failure in the heat of the summer. This was excellent advice. Integrity Air came over to our house and suggested that we replace our old outdated units with the more modern higher efficiency furnace/AC units and made suggestions for better installation techniques to remedy the previous installation problems. Since we planned the project in advance, we were able to schedule the installation project based on our schedule. We selected the middle grade products from Rheem which provide high efficiency ratings of 95% for the gas furnace and 16 SEER for the AC units. The pricing from Integrity Air was very fair and competitive. We feel we received excellent quality of products and services at a fair price... a great value. Thank you IntegrityAirPros.com ! Ken K.
