All I have to say is WOW! And THANK YOU to Paul. I am a remote worker here in the mountains of Sautee. One of the things always in the back of a remote workers mind is "what if my computer goes down and remote IT can't fix it...". Well look no further. I was about to make a TERRIBLE mistake and have to take two days of PTO by taking my laptop into Cleveland to "IT Computer and Phone Repair" as they could not get to my computer until the next day. Something didn't sit right with me with their reviews as well. They seemed to be done by the owner, and the only honest ones were not good. I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again. He also knows his stuff too; this is clearly his career as I bounced a few questions off of him that he was able to explain with such depth and aptitude that it was clear to me he has passion and knowledge for tech - skills one does not simply just get by watching YouTube videos. The professionalism Paul exuded made me feel comfortable with him immediately in my home. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 30 minutes, not days like the other guys. On top of that, he went ahead and cleaned up my laptop for me as I process a lot of data; and he did it all for an amazing value. In fact, I was in shock with how affordable Paul was, especially considering he drove to me the day of. Now, my computer is running better than ever, I didn't have to miss work and take PTO, and I didn't make the mistake of being honeypotted into a shop that would have had my computer for days. Paul, if you read this, again, thank you so much. I was freaking out and panicking as this is my livelihood and income source, and the thought of having to reschedule clients and miss work before Memorial Day weekend had me in a tailspin. Again because of you I'm back at work the same day I had my computer issue. To anyone reading this - this is your guy. Don't go anywhere else, you won't need to as Paul comes to you. Words cannot genuinely express the professionalism, speed, affordability, and knowledge that Paul brings. This is his career, and it shows. Thank you again, and Cheers Paul! read more

I was in a really tight spot as I am a remote worker. Unfortunately, my computer completely crashed in the middle of the day during work. I called around to some local shops and all of them required me to drop my computer off and they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. And today's day and age that is just unacceptable especially when it cost us paid time off. I discovered Paul based on his glowing reviews, and boy are those reviews accurate. I called Paul, and he immediately asked me where I was located and was to my home in the hour. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my issue and even took the time to sit me down and explain the issue, and how he fixed it. This is clearly an individual who cares about his profession. Not only was Paul a consummate professional, but he was timely, kind, And beyond affordable for what is basically on demand IT service to your house up in the north Georgia mountains. I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Paul! We have a 13 year old son who is on the Spectrum and his gaming computer is his life. Paul not only understood our situation but embraced it in a way that I've never experienced before when it comes to customer service and genuine concern. This man is a wizard with computers and is even a better human being than his skillset with repairing computers. We were constantly kept in the loop as parts were arriving and he showed genuine concern for our son. I honestly cannot stress enough what a sweet wonderful man this is and an absolute genius when it comes to computers if I could give 100 Stars I would don't make a mistake and go elsewhere this is the man you want to deal with. I wish more people were tempted to review the great experiences as opposed to just the negative. This man is the best in north Georgia and I guarantee the best Beyond these borders. Plus, they could have not done on the same day. They would have to order the parts in order to replace my screen. I also called several other chain screen repair shops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation before they would fix my phone. I was getting very frustrated. On Friday thinking I was just going to need to buy new phone with all the prices being between 160 and $200 for a screen repair. Friday, September 20 at 7 PM I decided to look 1 more time. I found this store (I fix and repair) inside the Cornelia Walmart. The store was open until 830. By the time I got there it was 8:05. I brought my phone in and showed the guy the damage. He was pleasant and told me he could get my phone repaired and out the door in about 20 minutes. He was a super nice person. This is a family business. And within 25 minutes he had me fixed with a new screen and screen protector and out the door for under $100. I believe if you would bring a phone to most places, and they only had 1/2-hour before they closed. That they would turn away business. Not this guy, he was like. You give me 20 minutes and I will get you taken care of. It is a small shop inside the Cornelia Walmart. They have accessories and phones to purchase inside their store as well. I would highly recommend him. I will for sure be back to this store. The store has great hours for the working person. It is close and very convenient

They wouldn't take a check while they were at the house but gladly slapped an extra fee to run a credit card when that's the only option on their online system. Fast work, but very poor customer service and billing transparency.

I had a 2014 Toshiba laptop that was running funny and then froze up completely. I contacted Paul on a Friday and was able to get my computer that same day. He called me the next day to say that the hard drive was dead and gave me several options, including a new solid state hard drive for $100 or a used one for $25. I went with the new hard drive and he was able to install it and have it back to me on the following Tuesday (a remarkable three business day turnaround!!) In addition, he had downloaded all of the "stuff" I had on the old hard drive and was able to reinstall in on the new one. When I went to open some documents from the cloud, I found that the Microsoft Home/Business 2013 software was not installed (not supported by Microsoft since 2019). I called Paul on Thursday and he came right over to my house and downloaded a version of the same program, making sure that it was working perfectly!! This was all done at no charge!! The upgraded computer works so much faster that it had previously and all of my files are easily found! I cannot recommend Paul highly enough!!! We will certainly be using him for all of our future computer needs!! Thank you, again, Paul!!! read more

I am a Google and yelp reviewer and I don't always have the time to leave detailed reviews. But this experience deserves it. We have a 13 year old on the autism spectrum and his computer is his life, unfortunately it fried out. We were lucky enough to find Paul, he was simply amazing from start to finish I don't want to drag everybody through all the details but I'm just telling you there is nobody in Georgia that is so attentive and so professional and deliver such an amazing product. If I could give him 100 Stars I would. Don't look anywhere else you will never be disappointed. An absolute stellar man. If you ever have any kind of computer needs advice on a lap top or computer please do yourself a favor don't call anyone else but Paul! Let me tell you guys! I am a masters student at truett McConnell university and it was finals week and my computer charger decided to stop working. I was without a computer and had a final project to do and submit and a final paper to upload! I tried Best Buy and Walmart but nothing would fit into my computer. Then I found Pual! He took a look at it and determined that my computer had been disconnected from the charger so nothing was going to fit it, he also said that I would probably need a new computer! And then he Asked I'd he could try a few things. Well, he was able to pull my paper from my hard drive so I was able to upload it and finish my semester. I cannot recommend him enough of you have computer problems God is soooo good for allowing me to meet Paul and I again 100% recommend him for any computer problems you have!! read more

Thank God for remote connections. Even when the link to connect remotely wouldn't work, Paul took his time and with patience, figured it out and resent it to me!! I cannot express how happy I am to have found Paul! This place was a Godsend for me as I use my PC to work and 2 other local "repair men" have scammed me out of lots of money over the past couple years. Now my PC is better than even when it was first built! So relieved to have someone I can depend on who warranties their work for a year and that is kind and honest. Bad experience! I paid to have more memory sticks installed but found out he put in 2 used memory sticks instead. One of the sticks was bad which it brought to another techs attention which he repaired. Would not recommend. read more
