Highly recommend Mr. Sherwin for your tech issues. My computer just completely locked up and would not work whenever I clicked on my Outlook. After being on a call with the computer manufacturer for a full day troubleshooting it was determined I needed a new hard-drive. I wanted to work with someone local and found SureWin Tech who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Friday night (super bonus) and discussed my issue. Unfortunately, there were more issues going on with my laptop which required me to get a full replacement. Mr. Sherwin determined the best laptop for my business needs and completed the full configuration within a day and might I add things work nicely on the new laptop and all my data etc are in place for me to work. In the past I have done configuration/migration with other commercial techs i.e. Staples, Geek Squad and things were a mess once I got my laptop back creating additional stress and more downtime then I ever needed. Highly recommend Sherwin. He fixed my IPhone today which had a iTunes message and locked my phone Apple said I would loose everything on the phone.
