Highly recommend Mr. Sherwin for your tech issues. My computer just completely locked up and would not work whenever I clicked on my Outlook. After being on a call with the computer manufacturer for a full day troubleshooting it was determined I needed a new hard-drive. I wanted to work with someone local and found SureWin Tech who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Friday night (super bonus) and discussed my issue. Unfortunately, there were more issues going on with my laptop which required me to get a full replacement. Mr. Sherwin determined the best laptop for my business needs and completed the full configuration within a day and might I add things work nicely on the new laptop and all my data etc are in place for me to work. In the past I have done configuration/migration with other commercial techs i.e. Staples, Geek Squad and things were a mess once I got my laptop back creating additional stress and more downtime then I ever needed. Highly recommend Sherwin. He fixed my IPhone today which had a iTunes message and locked my phone Apple said I would loose everything on the phone. I didn't have to wait for 3-4 hours at apple with no data on my phone. Sherwin fix it and saved everything on the phone We have been clients for years but now not only computers, iphones too.
