But when I went in recently I was less than impressed by one of his employees who helped me with my 17" MacBook Pro problem. That employee basically changed his diagnosis twice and I ended up buying a product I didn't need; in the end, after holding my computer for nearly a week, declared he couldn't help me. (for the record: Tech Genius fixed my computer in a matter of hours once we had all the needed components.) To me this was a problem of communication and I felt sort of dismissed by the whole thing. They were hard working business vendors... scratch that... partners in our success. Foojee specializes in helping companies that have a good number of Mac or iOS devices. They provide IT support, repair services, software training and assistance with all things involving Apple products. They are especially helpful in iOS rollouts to sales teams that may otherwise use the Windows platform. I can't say enough nice things about Foojee and Lucas Acosta, the owner.
