I enjoyed my experience with Pro Computers because Me Sheldon is professional, expeditious and reasonably priced. He doesn't over charge you or charge a large fee just to assess your computer. I also took him my other laptop computer, that was laying around the house for two years, to see if he could repair it. He assessed the problems the same day and the repair cost were very reasonable. I suggest that you visit Pro Computer before you use Best Buy or any other place. You will be glad you did.

Because of that feedback - I've actually recommended them to my IT clients needing repairs or even purchases (in lieu of pawn shops). What made me remember that I'd never officially Yelped them is the fact that I was recently made aware that, in an effort to help families homeschooling young children, they're doing a laptop giveaway each month. How awesome is that??!! I highly recommend these folks!

A couple weeks after my daughter was born, I found myself dealing with a Acer laptop that failed to…read morestart after backing up some documents. It was such a bummer because I had just wrote a letter to my daughter that I wanted her to read someday about our hospital experience. So, I ended up looking for an IT repair shop using the Yelp Projects app and heard from Dustin at Click IT in Marietta. I got several estimates but Dustin's note stood out to me. The cost for diagnosis seemed reasonable, and it was a very small price to pay to have the laptop looked at to see if data recovery could be performed and the laptop repaired. He was very responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was very anxious but decided to give it a whirl. Over the next several weeks, the laptop underwent repair, troubleshooting, and testing to see if it was recoverable. Data recovery could only be performed by a third party vendor which was separate to the laptop repair. Then, the laptop power source failed and the battery conked out too. I starting losing hope that the laptop could be repaired. It survived graduate school at Kennesaw State and many years of productivity for both work, school, and personal usage. Dustin, Amelia, and even Tony stepped in the job and pulled off what appeared to be a miracle by methodically replacing parts of the latop and giving it new life with a 1TB hard drive and brand new power supply. These laptops are not easy to fix, so well worth the money and time spent to bring it back to life. The service, overall value, and care I received is certainly there with Click IT Marietta. I would most certainly recommend giving Dustin and his team a shot at your business if you are experiencing computer issues. I am proud to say the letter I wrote for my Tallulah was recovered along with many other important professional documents. I can't thank them enough as the laptop will be put to use as I look for a new job in the Atlanta metro area.

Recently, I had a motherboard replaced and the microphone didn't work when I got it back. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.
