I grew up on the Gulf Coast most of my life. Came into town for a bachelor trip. I then had the best fish dip I have had my entire 26 years on this earth. I have been racking my brain since on how they masterfully cooked the fish to a buttery texture but had the skin a perfectly salty with a glass like crisp. My experiences are specific to sitting at the bar with Zack and Chelsea. Those two are always a pleasure AND there service is top notch. They truly are the dynamic duo! The ONLY reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the discontinuation of martini Wednesday as that was something that made my dinner choices on Wednesdays very easy and my husband and I looked forward too our date night there. With prices on the rise some of the dishes have had some unnecessary tweaks causing the quality to be slightly impacted. Visited tonight for dinner. We waited about 40 minutes for a table- no big deal, we grabbed drinks at the bar. 2 glasses of wine and 2 bourbons. One of the bourbons came with a complimentary gnat inside... we brushed it off and didn't say anything. After being seated we were graced with a server who looked to be not old enough to drink and replied "no problem" to everything we said *insert eye roll here* Food was decent, but MULTIPLE gnats flying around the table during the entire meal really took away from the experience. We came in right at noon today to have lunch. No one was at the hostess desk. One other group of 6 was also waiting to be seated. There were numerous empty tables inside and only a few tables of people seated outside. The 6 ahead of us were seated outside. After waiting several more minutes I asked about getting seated. Was told by a young lady that they were have technical issues with the electronic seating charts. She was not able to seat us until that resolved. Is a great place to eat, great area lots of shopping, very clean and safe location, I gave it 4 stars because I've been all over the world and have ate at some great places, this ranks up there within the top 20 places I've ate, great atmosphere, service was excellent food was on the spot, now here is two things I'd fix, if I owned the place, one change is the menu, put the sides separately, I want to pick what I want as a side, saying that we did ask to change the sides, but the menu reads with the side with each protein, I ordered the filet and it was cooked properly but I had to put salt on it? If I have to season it, well you didn't do your job, one more thing the asparagus was barely steamed and crunchy, it had good taste but most was not eaten. My niece and I stopped here for lunch. It was both of our 1st times here. The establishment was very clean and everyone was practicing safety due to Covid. We ordered the Trio Appetizer which was Goat Cheese and Marinara, Garlic Hummus and an Artichoke Parmesan dip. It's served with slices of French Bread and Pita Bread. It's enough to feed four as an Appetizer. We both ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Parmesan Fries which neither of us could eat after the huge Appetizer so, we took it to-go. It was good even after I took it home. The sandwich is served on a Brioche Bun with all the "fixings" including Avocado. I also ordered the Creme Brûlée because anytime I try a new place I have to do an Appetizer, Entree and Dessert. The dessert was good but, it wasn't something I would order again. My husband and I visit Stone Creek weekly and the service, experience and food is always great! When Lauren K is working, we ask for her and she gives us great service and is very attentive. The place is beautiful. Perry crossing is amazing, you can find almost everything here. Plenty of parking space, watching movie here can be only 5 dollars. I have been there three times. The food is usually very good. The service varies. The ambience is one of the best in Plainfield.

I am not gonna lie this was literally the best meal we have ever eaten! We loved this place so much we came back again while visiting Indy. We had the "pick two" (which isn't on the menu anymore but they let you do it). We picked scallops, filet mignon, parmesan risotto, and asparagus. The scallops and steak were done to perfection (so tender they melt in your mouth). We had the decadent Carrot Cake for dessert which was beautiful and densely packed with flavor from heaven. My husband raved about the Hypnotini Martini and had more than any human should . Also excellent wait staff, very friendly and attentive. read more

This is a very nice restaurant. It has an upscale feel and very professional staff. However, this is not what I was expecting based on the location. My boyfriend and I went out for a nice dinner, but this felt far too formal. It was also an older crowd, so we felt a little out of place. First time at this place. Very beautiful ambiance. The food was tasty and yummy. We had a lovely appetizer plate that had shrimp, calamari, and tuna. Then we had warm bread that was served with a sundries tomato, jalapeño, cayenne pepper and balsamic oil for dipping. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich with sweet potato fries. I was traveling for business and ready for a decent meal. Found this place and it looked nice enough. I ordered the campfire pasta. I pulled up front to the where it said to call in and they will bring it out. I was informed they don't do that, even though there is a sign out front to call them..but..whatever. I get my food and head back to the hotel. When I opened the bag the smell.of rancid seafood wafted from the bag. I thought maybe it was just me so I decided against my better judgment to try it. I can't even begin to tell you how gross this dish is. It's not spicy its overly sweet and smells like....like...ketchup. 2 shrimp and some super dry and disgusting chicken topped the pasta. Usually we go every Wednesday when all martinis are half priced and sit on the patio :) it's a perfect patio for drinking a couple!! We have eaten here before though and it is delicious, but recently we've only been getting martinis. The strawberry gin martini is really tasty and hard to stray away from. My wife treated me to a nice Monday night (6/6/16) dinner on the patio of the Stone Creek in Plainfield. We have been customers of most of the Cunningham Dining Group restaurants and often turn to the Stone Creeks since they are the closest to us. We wanted a light dinner since it was rather warm outside, but the shaded patio had a nice breeze and was perfect for dining. After placing an order for beverages, we each got a wedge salad and I also ordered the battered shrimp, with french fries and cole slaw. While we waited, we were brought the trademark Stone Creek freshly baked bread with the roasted pepper dipping sauce (take home bottles are sold if you ask at the counter.) As we sat, our appetites picked up and we also split a brownie/ice cream dessert that was delicious. The service, although personable, was a bit slow as it seemed there was a large party going on in the upstairs part of the restaurant. But because we were enjoying the evening, we weren't too upset with the delay. Still, it is worth mentioning in case it becomes a problem. (It's the first time we have encountered delays in multiple visits to the restaurant.) I recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner. It is nice to find a place that has good food open on a Monday. They also have a nice selection of locally brewed beverages to choose from. We also like that they have a points program that crosses over with all of the other CRG Dining restaurants in the area so that we can earn a $100 gift card over time. Like someone else said in another review, there are very few vegetarian items on the menu. I'm not vegetarian, but on the day that I visited Stone Creek, I wasn't feeling like eating anything heavy, and I didn't feel like eating a big chunk of meat, and so I was looking at getting a salad. Yes, they do offer salads, and I got the Applewood Bacon Chicken Salad, which came with candied walnuts, hard boiled egg and dried cranberries. It had a lot of stuff in it, which I like. What I didn't like was that the salad was completely DRENCHED in salad dressing. It was so covered in dressing that about 10 minutes in, the lettuce was soggy and almost inedible. I guess next time I'll know better and I'll ask for dressing on the side, lest I end up with another bowl of salad dressing with some lettuce in it. They offer bread before the meal, which is soft and warm. They serve it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We were seated in their upstairs banquet room because we were a big party. They seem to be able to accommodate large groups, so it would be a good place to meet if you're a large party. read more

Have been dining here for years, ever since they opened. My wife and her friends often go for a girls lunch and drinks. Unfortunately last night is the last time we will EVER dine here. Our waitress was great and the food was on par with other times. However, Zack and his bartending destroyed those years of great memories. We sat down with no issue and decided to have drinks with our dinner. I ordered a Grey Goose martini, my wife ordered the Julia ( blueberry lemon drop that actually one of her friends originated). What is on the menu is the easy version which uses blueberry vodka. The true version is to order it with Tito's and use muddled blueberries. At first the waitress told us Zack didn't agree with my wife's request to change the drink as it would "hurt the integrity of the drink". Seriously? After kindly explaining she knew what she was ordering and would like it, the waitress went back and returned with 2 mini shakers. What she poured for my wife was green! It was overwhelming sweet and clearly not the right drink. My martini had a blue tint. We asked what each drink was and our waitress assured us they were correct but went to ask Zack. She came back to inform us that Zack said the vodka martini i ordered was in fact a vodka martini but the blue must be because there was some blueberry bits left in the shaker. Disgusting. Was it from a prior drink and they just didn't clean out the shaker? We sent both drinks back and stuck with water. Pretty sad as this restaurant has many special memories over the years. The new remodel is great the carpet is gone! The dinner services on Sunday was great! I had to check it out so I told the front young ladies I will be back. So I pickup the other people in my dinner services. We ordered a med rare steak, shrimp and I ordered a chicken dish. The steak wasn't the right temperature but season great, had to send back for the right temperature but it came out without seasoning. The shrimp dish was spicy but cooked great. Lastly the chicken dish was a bit cold and sides where cold but they were nice to bring me hot sides. The kids ice cream dish was great, the creme brûlée dish had to be sent back due to over cooked eggs, should be a creamy as you break thru the flamed fired sugar. My wife and I ate in the bar for Veteran's Day 11/11/22. I am retired Air Force and appreciate the dinner provided by the company. I had the 8 oz filet and it was the very best steak of any kind I have ever had. My wife had the 10 oz sirloin and agreed with me that hers was that good, too. It was a perfect evening especially since my wife's birthday was the next day on 11/12. But with all this going so well, it was capped off by the incredible server we were lucky enough to have serving us. His name is Hunter and he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about everything. He answered every question we had making us feel like truly spoiled customers. Went here for a business lunch, but I would go here for lunch on my own account any day. The prices for the portions and quality are top notch. I picked this spot based on their triple dip appetizer looking interesting online, and it did not disappoint. The burger was great, but the appetizer was the highlight of the meal for me for sure. Staying near Indy Airport, I Yelped for a place and Stone Creek came up. It's in the Perry Crossing shopping center so there's lots of anchor-type stores all around. Sat at the bar and had a tequila gimlet, and ordered the Kimchi Meatloaf, which came with garlic mashed po's & green beans. There was a sprinkling of sriracha sauce on it which gave it a nice hotness. Didn't really taste any kimchi, but that's okay. This was also served with a small loaf of hot bread and a dipping oil that had some jalapenos in it. This was delicious! It was pretty good, but the risotto wasn't quite right. The rice was a tad undercooked and the goat cheese wasn't well blended. The components altogether were somewhat disjointed.
