We were greeted upon entering, which is huge for me. They were understaffed, so we were seated in the bar. I was confused because I had my minor son with me. But was told a law recently changed where minors can sit in the bar area as long as it's not at the bar. The wait was longer than I expected. Last night I tried 1 more time to give them a chance: Take out order of 2 different boneless wings, should have had 3 total Carrots/Celery orders. Received just 1. Also ordered a RootBeer to go. When arriving, there were no RootBeers. Lady seemed put-off that I would even ask for one. It's been some time since I last went to BW3s and I think my tastes have changed. Our waiter was great and both the wings and dill chips were warm. My wife and I happened to find the spicy garlic were not as appealing as we had hoped. On the other hand the Asian zing and honey bbq hit the spot! I am also very happy to find they have a device known as a swing that provides a seating for my daughter whom happened to be in a car seat. Part of my limit to going out is due to locations that I won't feel uncomfortable bringing my infant daughter. You honestly can't go wrong with BDUBS. They have great "bar" food, great drink specials, and a fun atmosphere for watching sports. I visit this specific location about twice per month. The employees are always friendly and the food is great. However, I always come in on Tuesdays. Tuesdays is their BOGO bone in wing special. If you are going on a "special" day, take my advice and do NOT make plans afterwards, because you will be upset that you're late for them. Its literally always a minimum 45 minute wait for your food to come. Sometimes, the servers explain this. Sometimes they don't. But youd think they'd food prep more or have more employees working if they knew that the food had such long ticket times. Tonight, I wanted to stop in before going to trivia at another restaurant at 7pm. We had our order in at 5:45. Did not get our food until 6:37. I should've known better though, this happens every time we go in. Needless to say, we did not make it to trivia and were upset about it. Even if you place a carry out order, its the same. We tried to place an order through their app a couple weeks ago at 9 pm, and the app quoted us getting our food at 10:40, so we ate somewhere else instead. Talk about about bare minimum, zero accommodations for their mistakes, which left us with another 18 minute trip there, plus 18 back, cold food to eat when the second half of the order got home. This is usually were my husband takes me out to eat and its always a great and clean place to go . Decided to take a couple friends with us and we got treated really bad . Racist server , Rude and since she had her hair down our wings had a bunch of hair in it not to mention how she kept messing up our food or simply not bringing them . It took a few minutes to seat us and even longer for our server to finally come over to our table. We ordered drinks. Our dining companion was asking simple questions about the beer that our server couldn't answer. Instead of going and asking the bartender, she continued to be dumb. It took another eternity to get our drinks. For our food, we ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, and I had a small parmesan garlic order of wings. After we ordered, we waited. And we waited. And we waited. Every now and then our server would come over and apologize. After a while, she stopped doing that as she was probably fearful of what our reaction might be (we were patient). Set the stage that the 3 is not bad but they didn't have anything that deserved more. The wait was long and it didn't seem like they were doing a good job of turning the tables to get people moving. I have had 3 carry out orders go wrong. There is always something that is not in bag when I take out all the food when I get home. Why would I tip on a carry out order when the employees at this location can't read a ticket and make sure they have everything packaged. The food was good. The service was HORRIBLE!! The waiter was far below mediocre!! I had to request napkins and silverware 5 minutes after my food came out due to the fact he was no where to be found. Took another 15 minutes to get my straw. Only 1 1/2 hours later did they get me my food which was cold and the wrong sandwich. My friend's wings were missing and we got new food. After eating, it took us 10 minutes to ask for napkins and a check. The check was wrong and it took them 10 minutes to get my card back to me. Only then did we leave. When we got there is was 1:45. I never write reviews, but I think it's time. I have been coming here for years. It's been one of my favorite places for the atmosphere and the food. It has declined drastically. Our waitresses are always pleasant, but that doesn't exactly make up for the long wait times just to even get drinks. We see people seated after us and getting their food before us.
