BDUBS!! Can you even go wrong? I came here with a large group of friends (about 20) and the staff were very kind and understanding of how many people there were. It took less then 10 minutes for them to get a huge table together for all of us and they were very thorough in seating all of is and getting all of our orders. The food itself was very good and I enjoyed my experience with all of my friends. We didn't have to wait very long for our food which was amazing considering we get there around noon and it was rather busy. Literally came in and the host told us she had to clean a table then we'd be seated, we were the only people waiting. She didn't put our names in because she said she was gonna seat us. More people piled in and she put their names in and seated them all before us. When we finally said something about how we still weren't seated she did clean the table and seat us but I assume she never put us in the system to be picked up by a server because we waited 20 minutes and still weren't helped while every person who walked in after us and seated before us already had food. we hadn't even been asked what we wanted to drink. Do NOT order from this place, especially takeout. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a medium wing, Caesar salad with no croutons. They sent me a Cesar salad with no dressing. While there isn't really much to differentiate one Buffalo Wild Wings from the next, there are some that seem slightly better and some that seem slightly worse. The Plainfield store has a bit of both worlds and overall lands pretty much dead center. The interior looks just like any other store. They have a large bar area with high top tables where we prefer to sit. Always ample seating, never any reason to wait. They have tons of TVs, so no matter where you sit or which direction you are facing, there's always something to watch. Service is decent, but can be incredibly slow sometimes. I've had it take up to 35 minutes to get a medium order of boneless wings. Doesn't take that long to fry up some chicken and toss it in sauce. But, on the bright side, they were fresh, so I know they weren't sitting back there that whole time. The food is always about average. I do love their sauces, which no other wing place has duplicated to date that I have found. Their lunch specials are a wonderful value, but I'm sure that's chain-wide. What really grossed me out this last visit was the bathroom. It was filthy. I think next time, I'll go before I come over here. read more

The management of this place sucks ass. If the servers don't charge you for a coke they suspend them or terminate them. If you have an issue with them they will tell you your not welcome back. Everyone is on alert to not do something wrong. Recently they hired a mom and daughter to be servers and the newly hired employees made various accusations against different managers and employees leading them to be fired but in a couple of cases brought back. We were starving after a day at McCormick Creek. We got right in and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our soft drinks. After waiting another 25 for our meal, the fries and onion rings were room temperature and not worth eating. This location is comparable to every other BWWs I've been. Nothing stands out as special - this location has a large room in the front area for family/under 21, and it typically has some annoying kids. The bar is in the back and laid out such that you cannot see all of the big screens with ease. I live in Colts country and expect to have to listen to the Colts game, and as this BWWs is laid out there is no other option. I'm one of those people that will hog a bigger table for two people, but that is because they don't have small tables with clear line of sight to the TVs. We come here occasionally to watch the Bears (since it's usually blacked out locally due to the Colts). Typically we can get a TV to play the game, but no sound. Other BWWs have sections that will play sound in different key games, but not this one. Service is always great when we've gone. Really great about refills. The only wait we typically have is to get our bill. Food is typical BWWs, you get average fair for what I generally feel is too $$$. Overall, this isn't my favorite BWWs, but it's not bad. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has been a regular stop for my husbands family for the last several years. As we have all moved around and are on all four sides of Indy now, we alternate which one we go to. Unfortunately this is not our favorite location. We all prefer the bar area and while this location is wonderful looking, there is just no interaction with the servers. The portions compared to other locations are much smaller and different. During our last visit, we constantly had to wait for drink refills or to even express a concern with some food not at a good temp. While on the West Side, we will be at another location not far away where the service is constantly on the mark. read more

Would not recommend coming to this BWW. I ordered 20 wings and 2 sides of fries and it was HORRIBLE. My wings were so dry it felt like I was chewing cardboard, not to mention it didn't even taste like buffalo which is outrageous because I ordered them extra wet. They gave me like 4 fries in each fry side I got. I had to drive all the way back just to ask for more sauce for my dry, tasteless wings. I agree with the previous review that the bathrooms are always dirty and gross. Our visit tonight was UNBELIEVABLE! The guest experience guy with red glasses comes to our table and insults me by talking bad about the organization I work for. Then I order a new item on the menu Joe's Nachos and the waitress couldn't tell me what the mystery meat was on the dish and she was the waitress trainer. Very disappointing for true sports fans. I gave it a 2 because I ordered online. Said my order would be ready at 5:10 but I didn't get there til 10 mins later because sometimes it's not ready right away. Main reason it's a 2 is for there online order. My food was given to me at 5:40 not 5:10 or whatever time I arrived. Excuse me but I thought ordering online meant ordering ahead of time. I had a very bad experience with this specific BWW, I feel sorry to make a mind to stop there. BWW at Location Mount Pleasant, MI I am a frequent visitor to Buffalo Wild Wings. Wherever I go, always they were nice to me, so as whenever I travel, I try to make a stop in any of the BWW. Never been had any problem so far except last day with this specific One. They treated to be an illegal Intruder. The waitress was so mean to me when I presented the ID, and she said loud by Driving license issued by Indiana state is fake, which is the one I am using for Driving and fly between states. I requested the waitress to notify any cops nearby and feel free to verify my ID. Since she hesitated, I reached out to the Restaurant Manager, who was also very rude towards me. I was totally insulted on considering the ID I presented was fake. While others are there, I was curious to know whether all others over there have presented their passport and why I fall into a special case? Is it I am not White? I wanted to know the reason. However, before leaving the premises, I showed by Passport and made sure, I am not illegal, but I have never used my passport for Restaurant purpose, especially on a restaurant chain I trust most and visit frequently. I have an advice for them, please keep a notice board outside the restaurant saying that, ONLY WHITES ARE ALLOWED IN THIS SPECIFIC BWW. We ordered our food finally, after waitress decided to take our order... had her bag it up, so we didn't have to eat under the stressful noise, and lazy server. I've been coming to this BW's for over 10 Years. It's gone through many phases over the years. This is a corporate location and it seems that corporate is comfortable with an endless rotation of management personnel and no real plan for running the restaurant efficiently for a sustained period of time. This place is always understaffed in the bar area during events. My most recent disappointments have been during the Big10 tourney and NCAA tournament. During the big 10 tourney the bartender didn't have the TVs tuned to the Purdue game and didn't even know the game was going on or that IU played later that evening. I think it should be a requirement to have at least a basic knowledge of sports events to bartend at BW's. Last Friday I visited the bar area for lunch. It was packed. Most fridays are very busy but for some reason there is usually only 1 server and 1 bartender. Meanwhile there are 6 servers in the front area hanging out by the hostess stand. I understand they are young and likely can't work in the bar area, but possibly management should hire some servers for the bar area..... I'll likely keep coming, but if things don't change the new Bru Burger and Scotty's Brewhouse(opening soon) will likely get more of my business than BW's. read more

A BDubs, is a BDubs. However, I really liked the staff at this location. We came here to watch some football games, and the whole staff was very accomodating. We wanted the Bears game on, and they made sure to put it on the big screen and to update us on when it would be coming on. They also made us "special" drinks (a long island with blue curacao instead of another liquor). Food came out quickly, drinks were always filled, no complaints at all. Other BWWs are not this good, which is why this one gets 5 stars! Service makes all the difference. read more

So I came here with a friend and most of the BW3 are pretty much the same. The only difference I have found with this location is that they are extremely nice. So, the wings were going to take longer 3 people, yes 3 people apologized and promised to get on it.
