The ranch fire burger was pretty good and the popper on top was a cute touch. I enjoy that the tots are crunchy and not greasy at all. The Nashville hot sandwich is always a winner with my dinner date, but something to note is the sauce is on the thicker side so he prefers his wings with just the hot sauce and not the Nashville hot. & the choco cherry chuckles tasted just like a cherry coke with chocolate sauce

It was busy, and the waitress said they were short staffed. She had long dark hair, sorry I don't remember her name, but she has been there awhile. I paid cash, and I don't know where the bill went. She brought me refills before even asking for it. She recommended the Philly Cheese Steak or the Baron. I ordered the Baron, it was so good. It's a grilled chicken sandwich, with bacon, garlic aioli, and cheese. It came with fries or tots. I got the tots, those were not great, I feel like they had been frozen too long, or ice got into the bag. Just from experience from my house cooking fries or tots. Overall, it's really nice, it was crowded, but not crazy. I will definitely be back, oh by the way, if you win Singo, you get a gift card to come back or use that night towards your food, which I thought was really nice of the establishment.

Be advised: Heavy's IS a SMOKING BAR…read more Heavy's Bar and Grill is a true family owned business that has been open since Sept. 2011. We liked this bar as soon as we walked in. To the left, as you enter, is the game area with 5 pool tables, a dart board, a video game, and a shuffle board area. To your right of the main bar is the dining and D. J. area. There are 8 6-top tall tables for larger groups. For those who need regular tables, there are many along the bar. You'll find a second smaller bar with 11 bar stools for super busy nights. Want to watch a game? Then you're in luck since you can see a flatscreen wherever you sit. Looking for a night of music, then you're in the right spot. Just check their website for the details. This bar offers something for every person who enjoys tasty food, music, a place to enjoy pool, darts, pull-tabs, and shuffleboard. The main u-shaped bar is large (30 stools), with many regulars who are recognized as soon they enter. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone. The menu has the typical pub food with daily specials. The appetizers are plentiful, and many are large enough for a main course such as the Heavy Slop Tots, Mile High Nachos, Loaded Potato Wedges, 5 Pepperoni Breadsticks or Wings. The Heavy Supreme Salad is different topped with sausage, pepperoni, and then regular salad ingredients. The chili, loaded or not, is good. Loaded is my personal preference, but hubby prefers just the small, diced onions. The past week, I ordered their excellent baked potato and topped it off with my loaded chili. So good! All kinds of sandwiches and wraps provide a nice selection to choose from, and each sandwich is served with one side (upgrades available). The Reuben served with onion rings was tasty. Both were a tad greasy, but the rings are deep-fried, of course. The 1/2 lb pork tenderloin is huge and can be prepared grilled or breaded. My husband has gotten it grilled, and he asked they add Cajun Seasoning, which they happily did. Another popular choice is the fish sandwich (cod or tilapia) and grilled or breaded. Reasonably priced dinner options include a Sirloin Steak, NY Strip, Grilled Chicken, Fish (cod or tilapia) prepared your way. Heavy's round's out the dinner menu with New Orleans Pasta or Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta and even Fajitas. We made a specific trip Friday evening so my husband could try the Slow Roasted Prime Rib. Your portion size option is 10 oz. ($15.49) or 16 oz. ($18.49). The server had raved on and on, so he was looking forward to a decent Prime Rib. It was anything but good!! As you can see from the attached picture, it was a lump of fat. Maybe it was just an off night, but neither of us will order again. The sides were great, and as I noted before, the baked potato is really good. Pizza, calzones, and Strombolis are perfect for large groups to share. Our servers were friendly, attentive, and hustled. Other than the extremely fatty Prime Rib, everything we've ordered has been good.

They had the doors open to the outside which gave it a fun, lively atmosphere. There were games like a basketball hoop, scooters for the kids, Connect Four, and cornhole, which added to the experience. TVs were everywhere, and with the Final Four game on, it made the vibe even better with music playing throughout the patio. Our server, Dajiah, was friendly and gave great recommendations, which we appreciated. For a bigger crowd, she was on it. For drinks, I had the Pineapple Smash (crown whiskey and double shot) and it was very good, definitely one of my favorites. I also tried the Blackberry Smash, which was just as good. My husband ordered a Blue Moon since they didn't have Mango Cart. He later tried to order a whiskey sour but ended up with a whiskey bound, which he didn't care for, though I thought it was decent. We started with the garlic knots appetizer with cheese and marinara, and those were good. For my meal, I had the salmon, which normally comes with rice and another side, but I swapped for a side salad and broccoli. I really enjoyed my salmon and broccoli. I got turned off from my salad because of one small issue. There was a hair in my side salad, but they handled it. They took it back immediately after I informed our server, remade it, and our server also offered to remove it from the bill, which I appreciated. My husband got the smash burger and fries, he said it was really good. It was a great time with good food, fun energy, and a lively patio setup. Definitely a spot for good vibes and accommodating to a larger crowd.

If you're in the mood for that atmosphere and the food to go with it Bubba's is your place. There's no pretense here. Burgers, beer, pizza, and an assortment of equally unhealthy but exquisitely decadent and delicious food are the order of the day. The double cheeseburger appears to be two half pound patties served with all the gooey and dripping trimmings you might imagine. I didn't even notice whether it came with fries because I was too busy trying to figure out how to take bite out of this steaming hot gargantuan sandwich. Service was excellent, with staff checking back a couple of times to see if we needed anything extra. Refills on our drinks magically appeared without us really noticing. Having a payment terminal at the table streamlined the payment process and made it easy to check out. Love the place!

There are a number of signs warning of restrictions and it appears that they do a security search at night to restrict weapons and drugs. At noon, there were a couple people at the bar watching football and having lunch. We took a booth. Charisse, the bartender and only server was super engaging, attentive and went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Not only did she check on us, but the cook also came out and checked on our meals. We had 5 star service. The menu offers pizza, sandwiches and salads. Prices are reasonable. I selected the taco salad with pulled pork. The salad was immense with fresh lettuce, tomato and cheese. The pulled pork was good. The fried shell was a bit greasy. Otherwise, the salad was good and filling. My husband had the Big Western Burger which he raved about (and he can be critical). The burger was specially prepared medium rare for him and it was cooked perfectly. He loved the bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce toppings. He gave the burger a definite 5 stars. The table we selected was a bit cold (it was snowing out). Every time someone came into the building, a blast of cold came in. We probably could have moved but the table was already set. The bar is 21 and over only, so leave the kids home. I'd recommend trying lunch. They have daily lunch specials.

It was very slow the day and time we had went and I'm not sure if my expectations were a little too high being it was just us two and one other person at the bar. The wings we ordered were crispy but I was surprised at the way they sauced their wings. Very different than most places I've been to (I think it would be best to order the wings plain and have the sauce on the side, if you like fully covered wings). The flavors we ordered were the Mojito Lime Pepper dry rub, the regular BBQ sauce, and the Mild sauce. The portions were small especially for the fries. The ambiance was laid back at the time, the music was at a moderate volume (I feel like it may get louder during peak hours) and the TVs and wall decorations keep you intrigued while during wait or while dining in.
