We always come here and the turnover of employees is astounding. They never have the same staff. The food is what you'd expect from a chain wings joint. The redid their blazin sauce and man it's hot now it should shut up the ppl that are always sayin that's not hot at all. One of the best buffalo wild wings Ive been too. Awesome staff and managers. Tasty crispy wings, always hot. Had a issue with my reward points and manager went out of his way to help solve issue. I have been at this BW3s several times and my experiences have varied. Recently though, I went here with two of my daughters to grab a late lunch. It was on a Sunday and the Colts were playing the Jags (this plays into my experience later). We stood at the hostess station behind two other groups of people. They were both quickly seated, while we were left there for approximately 10 minutes before anyone showed back up to seat us. It is also important to note that they were not busy, and they had several tables that needed to be cleared off. The hostess seated us just as the overtime period was begining between the Colts and Jags. I told my daughters to order me a soft-drink when the waitress came before excusing myself to the restroom. The restroom floor was covered in urine and it was obvious that it had been tracked through by several customers. Normally I would inform the waiter or watiress of something like this, but that became problematic too. When I returned to the table, I was surprised to find out that our waitress had not come to the table yet. As I sat down, I noticed that the Jags had just punted to the Colts in the overtime period. As time passed, I watched four different waitresses walk past our table making eye contact with all of them on several different occaisions. Over the course of time we waited for any member of the wait staff to show up and ask us what we wanted to drink, the Colts went three and out, the Jags went down the field and missed a field goal and the Colts marched down the field and kicked a field goal to win the game. That was literally more than 15 minutes not including the time I was in the restroom with no member of the wait staff willing to come to our table. I would have said something to the last waitress I noticed looking in my direction, but I didnt want to disturb the good time she was having sitting with the patrons at the table behind ours. I will never go to this Buffalo Wild WIngs again. Oh, and after we walked out, we went to "Wings etc..." where the service and the menu turned out to be far superior to Buffalo WIld WIngs. read more

Let me start off by saying bundle up if you have to sit in the "coaches den" during the winter. It is freezing in there. Poor service, way too long to get our food. When we got our food, my son's flatbread was burnt. We were sitting in the same room as a large party, and the waitress pretty much ignored us unless we stopped her. My experience here was completely awful , first I waited over an hour to get my food when they had it sitting there in a to go bag , and it was cold when we got it , then she took everything off the bill besides the drinks and said she'd bring out fresh wings in 30 minutes we waited another hour just to get those , we had a terrible waitress that didn't care every time we asked her for something she took like 20 minutes to get it to us, awful experience irence don't go there . read more

Had a poor service experience in December and they did good on my next visit because it was a to go order. Went tonight only to wait 45 min for cold food. Paid for my drinks and appetizer and left. Management would not even take the time to speak with me. There are plenty of other places to get a $11 burger that serve them hot. If you want to be disappointed this is the place to go. read more

The only thing I want to say , is that I paid 25 dollars for food , and the waiter took it away without even asking. I don't eat much , so taking my leftovers is always something I do , she barely acknowledged us , and only when she was near us then we had to call for her. I typically like this place so when my son asked to go here tonight I took him. We walked in and the waitress takes us to the back of room by the windows and seats us next to 3 dirty tables yet the dining room is almost completely empty (only 5 other tables were occupied), she starts to take our order and I look up to see her unrolling a FRUIT ROLL UP from the clear plastic they come in as she is talking to us, I just sat there completely stunned thinking "is this real life" but as I wish I made that up, it was happening in real life , she continue taking our drink and appetizer order and then she walked away. My 9 year old even asked why she had a fruit roll up and seemed shocked. If he hadn't picked that place and really wanted to eat there I would have left. 30 minutes later the dining room is still empty and the tables and floor are still not being cleaned (I was a waitress when I was young, bus your tables, it gives the whole place a dirty feel when every table is dirty around you) so I look around wondering why it's so messy and slow and see SIX servers surrounding a guy in a black company shirt standing in front of the food line and they all giggling and carrying on like they are the only people there, no one is working but one lone waitress and all I can think is "Wow I wish all my co-workers and I could go on break at the same time, how fun for them!!" After 30 minutes of sitting in a dirty dining room while the staff seemed oblivious to anyone in the dining room, they brought us our dinner...COLD (I guess our server was too busy wolfing down fruit roll ups and the rest of the staff was too busy having their own personal happy hour to bring it out to is when it came up). We ate some of our food and then took the rest to reheat at home. The next time my kid wants wings I'll remind him of this visit and we will find him a new favorite wing place read more

We have gone to this location on multiple occasions in the last few months (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) and every time it takes forever for a server to take our order and then even longer for our drinks and food to come out. Food is always good. The service however is quite poor. I generally use the online ordering from the app. My food is almost always 20-30 minutes late. A 10pc small order of Wings generally only has 9pcs. My last and I do mean last order was never received by the online system even though I had an email saying it was. They suck !! The service was as dismal as last night's routine dump and the food was frostbitten. As I waited for the food to defrost, I shaved a few times in between; simultaneously waiting for the food to get to the table, and the reciept to print. But there was a good part: they took the tip as quickly as Oscar Pestorius's 40 yard dash in the 2012 olympics. I was put off by the selective service and their glacial speed. This is the worst buffalo wild wings ever!!!!! The people who serve there nasty to me. Also they take too long to serve me my food. after they gave me my food my wings were dry and some of my wings were still dry. After i ate there my stomach hurt and i sat on the toilet for at least an hour. The food was very expensive for just buying 12 medium wings. Do not go here it's not worth the money!!!! read more

Horrible service. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for lunch. Bartender tried to justify it. Horrible.

Been there for functions, get togethers, etc., and the food is what you would expect, not phenomenal but not bad. Reason for two stars is the service late at night. Went in one night after work, and they forgot to place our order. When we finally got it they did comp the food so we were willing to give them another chance. A couple weeks later tried again, they swapped our credit cards and charged us each for another of our parties (3 people) bills. Frustrating, but it was 20 minutes to closing so we shook it off. Last night was the last straw. Went in @ 11 when they close @ 1am. Ordered drinks, an appetizer, and wings. As soon as the food arrived we were given our bill (it was 11:35), without asking if we might want another round of drinks or how we wanted the bill split. At midnight we were the only ones left and the staff started cleaning up, noisily with pointed looks at us and their watches. At 12:20 we were asked if we were paying attention to the TVs so they could turn them off. We asked for the bill to be split so we could pay and left. Made sure the closing time was 1am, and it was. We were getting ready to wrap it up, and wouldn't have been more than another 15-20 minutes anyway, but it was obvious the staff wanted us out NOW! Let's face it, nobody wants to patronize a place whose staff goes out of its way to make you feel unwelcome. read more
