This is a great place for dine in and take out. The Delta is very clean and calm place to stay when you're company truck breaks down and you're here for a few weeks. very accommodating They Even let me custom build orders. The staff are very friendly everything else Is top notc. I highly recommend it. Being an OTR finding great food and service is a true Gem thanks and Mariah , Gillian, Deanna have made each breakfast, lunch and dinner memorable. If I ever break down again the Delta is where I'm headin thanks.

I'm little hesitant to do 5 stars seeing as it was dead an we came a hour before close time. There is ALOT of potential ,service was good drinks was so-so she said she was new and learning as she went, food came out hot but the plates was extremely hot like they nuked them or they sat in the lamp too long but overall was tasty. I think they need to take few tables away an set up some entertainment would makes this place a destination eatery not just for people staying but the locals around the area because the lack of spots in the area already give it a try don't know how it will be if it was busy but my experience was good

Round 2 at the Hangar was different. Friday night, different crowd and serving crew. More crowded, but no problems. Except for the ffffffkkkking ketchup. It it ain't Heinz......

This is the restaurant/bar inside the Delta Hotel. The place is larger with lots of bar seating and large tables in the bar area. With many TVs all around so it would be a good place for a group to watch a game. They have a fair selection of beers on tap and a full bar. We only had pizza which was good. OST of the menu items are sandwiches and bar food.

Supposedly chicken Alfredo. Just noodles drown in tasteless white paste.

I rarely post my opinions as I am generally quite easy-going when it comes to eating out. But this place is troubling in so many levels. The food is beyond unacceptable. The chicken wings are not only dry, I am certain that they have been refried from wings that were prepared days ago. The meat look and taste like hard plastic. My chicken Alfredo has no taste and the whole dish is drown in white tasteless paste. The whole dinner is so bad that I almost threw up! When it comes to service, I would not even give them 1 star. First this place was empty. That would be a warning sign. The staff makes you feel like you were bothering them. I ordered the food from this girl and came back less than 10 mins later to pick up. She acted like she never seen me and did not remember what I ordered at all. She was there playing with her phone when there were no customers.

12 piece wings 1/2 Buffalo and 1/2 Mango Habanero. Excellent!

But I was focus to go to brewery and it was little hesitant because I wasn't sure where the entrance was. But I was able to find it. The taproom was biggest. I went up to the bar counter. They have good choices. The bartender was so nice. She explained to me well after I told her that it was my first time here. I had flight of beers and they were all so good! I enjoyed it a lot. Schwarbier was my favorite! They do have food but you have to go to different windows. It was easy to do. I had Dip Trio which was really good. I want to stick with something healthy. But it was good. I love the Spinach dip. This is great experience. If I am back in town, I would go this again and also will definitely recommend to my friends and family to go here.

There was a house with the name of the place on it separated…read moreby a patio from a larger brick that also had the name, so we weren't sure where to enter initially, but apparently the larger brick building is the correct answer. There is a parking lot across the street to the west as well as one to the north of the house it appeared. When we walked in, there was a room to the left that was hosting a private event, a cavernous room to the right with a huge TV screen, a load of tables as well as kids running around, and then straight ahead was the main space with various-sized tables, couches, and barrels for hi-tops in addition to separate spaces to order drinks from their bar and food from their kitchen. If you know what you're doing, it's probably best to order your food first since there will be a wait and then get in line for your drinks. Place was pretty busy on a Saturday at 5:00 as most of the tables were taken, but we were able to take our drinks and the number we received from the kitchen to claim one of the few remaining. If you have kids with you, they had various board game activities around to pass the time. For food, we tried the Pretzel ($8) which came with beer cheese and what seemed like a horseradish mustard. Pretzel was good and we liked both dipping options. We also ordered the Dip Trio ($17), which included their three dips (pimento cheese, creamy spinach, hummus) along with pita bread, veggies (carrots, peppers, celery), and tortilla chips for dipping. It was a full tray of food and probably more than we anticipated. We enjoyed everything. Lastly, we split the Portobello Sandwich and substituted fries for the side ($14). The sandwich was messy, but extremely tasty. The fries were OK, essentially breaded in texture which isn't my favorite and probably wouldn't order again. For drinks, my wife went with an Ash & Elm cider option they had. I was excited by their multiple stout options so I ordered a flight. I did their Winner's Milk Jug Stout, Nitro Winner's Milk Jug Stout, Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial and Barrel Series: Imperial Milk Stout #21. Their 2 Milk Jug options were little too coffee-esque for my liking. The Hot Chocolate had a fun spicy taste, but the absolute winner was the Barrel Series as it had amazing flavor. Beyond the confusion coming in figuring out the process, the only other peculiar thing was that it seemed they wanted you to bus your own table. Considering we placed our order at each counter and paid tips for each when we did so, that seemed a little out of place. We don't live close, but would definitely be interested in returning if in the area again. Would probably order a little less food next time.

The Brussels sprouts are an absolute triumph: perfectly blistered with a caramelized exterior and tender interior, dressed in a harmonious balance of bright acidity and savory depth. Little crunchy bits and a subtle smoky char add texture, while a finishing sprinkle (and a hint of something sweet-salty) elevates them from simple side to a show-stealer. The Korean salmon is equally impressive. The fish arrives flaky and moist with a richly glazed crust that carries sweet, spicy, and umami notes in perfect proportion. Layers of flavor -- gochujang-forward heat, sesame brightness, and a touch of citrus -- play against the salmon's natural richness without overpowering it. It's plated thoughtfully, with complementary sides that keep each bite balanced. If you're at Big Lug Canteen, don't pass up those two dishes -- they demonstrate skilled technique, bold yet nuanced seasoning, and a real sense of care in the kitchen. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, solid value. Highly recommended.

The apps were reasonable prices and filled us up. We enjoyed the drink specials as well. Not pictured are the chicken bites with curry ketchup. I will cut some slack on the service, however - I arrives after what seems to have been a very atypical rush of Journey fans who inundated the place before heading to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The staff seemed a bit rundown and slap happy - not really attentive to the bar where I sat. I waited a bit long before I was greeted with a menu, waited awhile with an empty glass, waited with my food pushed away before it was cleared. No one asked if everything was okay even though most of my food was untouched. The food... my salad (house greens) was a great little salad! I say this despite finding a hair on the plate when I was about 2/3 through. My mussels and fries were not great. The fries were mid - they tasted kind of overdone or as if the oil were old. The mussels were actively bad. The portion (an app) was pretty small. There was hardly any broth/wine and they weren't piping hot. Also, they were actually not tasty and the texture was rubbery. They remained in front of me, uncleared, even after I closed my tab. They did not smell good. I don't anticipate being sick but I do anticipate being hungry.
