I can see why this place is a local favorite! It is located right down the road from the beach and has nice outdoor seating. The smoothie I ordered was the perfect size. My husband ordered a burrito and I ordered a sandwich, we both tried each other's food and liked it so much we decided to both split what we were having. I am not sure which was better, the burrito or the sandwich. They had so many menu options for vegetarians and just in general. The food was so good! Their chicken salad and homemade goddess dressing make my day on the daily. Their employees are always cheerful and kind. stopped here for breakfast with my little driving up from ormond and it's everything you want in a beach side spot. we ordered smoothies and breakfast burritos and sat in the hammocks. it's at the end of a block with beach access so people are constantly walking by really adding to the vibe. the team was super friendly - i will happily make the drive from ormond to visit again. read more

My best friend of 18 years lives in St. Auggie and whenever I go visit I HAVE to go to Stir it Up. The smoothies are my favorite anywhere. Hopefully technology will one day make it to where they can send me a Jaden Sky Chai to Orlando whenever I crave one. The Boss is also delicious and great after a night out. They put a packet of cherry Emergen-C in it. Gotta boost the immune system! Who knows what creepy people were in that biker bar last night. I was being too kind in my last review, as I've been trying to pump up local businesses while simultaneously telling other diners what things are like in covid times. I should have been more honest. The fact that you guys have work/make noise Isn't what I have a problem with. I've worked in kitchens and with people that I love, so I get it. My comment was on the resulting spitting that happens in the process. We're in a pandemic that has claimed 500k lives today, including the life of my brother-in-law's dad, and we wouldn't be in it this bad if people sucked it up and wore masks. The fact that personal choice to not wear masks is more important than the health and safety of the guests in a big tourist area tells me I shouldn't spend a single dime here, and neither should anyone else. I can make my own fresh food and picnic OR if local businesses are what you want to support, I had great experiences at a few of the places along A1A, where the food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the workers wore masks so I felt safe. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. read more

Loved my "sandwich" here. The selections are innovative in a good way. The portions are just right. I don't know if what I had should be called a wrap or what, but it was good. This is a walk up place with ultra casual seating outdoors. The staff was super polite and smiling. Don't go up the stairs thinking the "up" in Stir It Up indicates that anything is up there, nothing is there. Smoothies are refreshing also. Long time customers so I feel this is a fair review. BLT is amazing but I'm finally giving up getting it anymore because 90% of visits are so frustrating. Utterly disorganized and it's clear there is little to zero prep done to prepare for the day. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes (even for just two sandwiches) but the worst was a full hour and we ordered as soon as they opened. We've also seen fights between employees and it's rare your presence is acknowledged upon arrival.. not saying I need to be helped right away but a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment" goes a long way. Updating and added a star because I appreciate owner's response and empathize with how frustrating it is to train new help. The Cheesy Chick Quesadilla (chicken and cheese quesadilla) was HUGE and also tasty (I sampled off my daughter's). OH YES, and the fresh salsa! Loved it! My bf got the surfer chick, which was pretty decent, but really couldn't compare to the pita tosh. Their smoothies are pretty good also. CASH ONLY, so make sure you have some cash on you. Prices were very reasonable though, so you really shouldn't need too much cash to fill your belly with absolute deliciousness. There aren't that many tables at Stir it Up and they were all occupied when we got here, but that wasn't a problem for us, as it was a nice, sunny day and we took our food to go and eat elsewhere. read more

Plus, the have Goddess dressing to dip (or pour on) your entree of choice and chips and fresh salsa... a deck, patio, and picnic tables... on the same street you can walk/drive/ride straight onto the beach from.
