I did not expect much when I asked if they could do a flat white and ordered it when the reply was affirmative. I opened the lid and it looked promising. I had a sip and I was transported back to Australia. It was an awesome flat white. Totally unexpected. I had pretty much given up on getting a truly good flat white like what you would get in Australia (where it came from) over here. It was always hit and miss at other coffee places. I do hope this place will be consistent as the person who made it seemed to be the owner. Now that I discovered it here, this shall be my must go place for coffee in Steveston. I presume they roast their beans and the flat white is very smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Not much of the microfoam though. It has a non acidic aftertaste which I prefer. This place has many regulars and I can see why. During covid-19, it is only open for take out.

Words can not describe how happy I was to have ordered from this place! Not only was the coffee done so quick, but it is sooooo good!! I ordered the Blended Iced Mocha and wow!! This will not be the last time we order from them! Despite being quarantined indoors, we decided to explore and order out of our coffee comfort zone. We don't regret it! We will be sure to visit the real store, after the pandemic situation and truly enjoy the coffee from there! Thank you so much Steveston Coffee!

Adorable, teeny, tiny coffee shop in the heart of Steveston Village. This spot is owned by the cutest elderly couple who work here almost every day. I popped in here twice in one day - once to grab coffee for my work friend and the other to get some work done post-meetings. They have plenty of different coffee options with a few sandwiches and baked goods to eat. I ordered two iced coffees to go and they were perfectly made. Like I said above, after my meetings, I had some time to kill and came back here to get some work done. I was hungry, so I ordered a breakfast wrap with salsa on the side. It was small, but filling, and perfectly grilled. Despite the touristy area, it seemed like there were plenty of locals coming in and out of this spot while I was in, and the owners recognized everyone and knew their orders. I love business owners that take the time to get to know their customers and make continuous effort to build those relationships. Steveston Coffee does this well! A great little neighbourhood spot that I'll be back to visit again soon.

Went to Steveston to visit Storybrooke from the show Once Upon A Time. Decided to stop in this coffee shop while there and ordered a ham and cheese croissant which is honestly one of the best croissant items I've ever had in my life. Also ordered a hot chocolate and enjoyed the ambiance of the cute locally owned shop. They even had a Once upon a time sign to top it all off!

Was in the area walking and spotted this coffee house and decided to try. Got the Iced Coffee and was awesome. Not bitter (*coughbucks *cough) at all and I asked for no sugar, like in all my coffee and just a bit of milk. They have lots of other beans and teas aswell. Would totally come back and try something else.

Found this coffee shop via yelp reviews, and glad we were able to swing by for a visit while hanging out in the fairy tale land of "Storybrooke" (aka Steveston in real life). We ordered: (1) Iced latte $3.75 for small (2) Pecan bar $2.00 (3) Arancia (Orange) pelligrino $2.00 All items were decent, nothing too spectacular but there was FREE wi-fi! It's nice to know there's a local cafe in town that's not a franchise!

    London Fog and Cappuccino

I usually don't write reviews (I mostly just read them) but I had to write one for this one. I was planning on going to Starbucks when I walked past this coffee shop and decided to give it a try. My mom and I order a cappuccino and London Fog and this was hands down the best London Fog I've ever had. I would come here regularly just for the London Fog if it wasn't an hour drive for me.

"Less ice" cold brew (specifically asked for less iced not once but twice. Still gave us a whole cup of ice before pouring in diluted coffee

Been here three times and left feeling cheated every time. Thought I'd give them a chance, it's like going back to an ex boyfriend with a very unhealthy relationship; you want to love them but they keep ripping you apart. Ordered three drinks in total: iced latte, hot americano, cold brew. SPECIFICALLY asked for less ice for cold brew but the barista (probably owner) gave me a full cup of ice before pouring in already diluted iced coffee. Cold brew wasn't even filled up to the top despite the full cup of ice. Didn't realize i ordered coffee with my huge cup of ice. Iced latte was also filled to the brim with ice. What's the point of asking for less ice when you're going to ignore it anyways. The americano has very little crema which shows either age of bean, lack of quality or improper grind/weight. Very disappointed with this visit and would not come back again.

This place is solid. Great coffee and they bring in fresh baked goods from Granville Island apparently? Try the rugelach or whatever it's called! Friendly service and the updated look is modern and clean. I'll keep coming back

Coffee was just ok. I had to add extra almond milk and some sweetener to my cappuccino to get it down. The overnight oats was pretty good. Loads of walnuts though. Cute place but Rocanini makes a much better coffee.

They've been around since 1990 and are known for their Montreal-style bagels and smoked meat, with bagels baked in a traditional flame oven using fresh ingredients. We arrived late in the day, near closing so by the time we got there, they had already sold out of a few bagel varieties. You can keep it simple and order bagels and flavored cream cheeses, or go for deli items and full sandwiches featuring Montreal smoked meat. I went with the regular Montreal smoked meat sandwich. It didn't take long to prepare, and we took our food over to the market's dining area. The portion was generous and came with a pickle on the side. The bagel itself tasted fairly standard to me--though to be fair, it was the end of the day--but the smoked meat was the real highlight: moist, tender, and full of flavor. That's the part I kept going back to bite after bite. Overall, I'm glad we stopped by. It's an easy, satisfying market meal and a great way to try a bit of Montreal-style deli culture in Vancouver. Next time, I'd definitely go earlier in the day for the full selection.

Came in the afternoon. There was so line whatsoever, no one before or after me. Looked like they had some online orders. The lady who took my order was impatient when I was ordering and kept rolled her eyes when I asked if there was anything else I should try. So I only ended up ordering the one popular bagel I see everyone get. Pick up was awkward, they didn't call out a number or wave me over. They just left it on the counter till I asked. I stood near them the whole time so I would've miss my order. Overall, wouldn't come back bc of that experience but also the bagel was okay. Either way it's probably worth a try if you're in this market place anyways.

I had a very hard time choosing which flavors to get because they seriously all sounded good, but I went with: honey butter, red bean & cream cheese, and kinako chocolate. They were all really delicious but kinako chocolate was a stand out for me! Second favorite was the red bean & cream cheese for sure. I really wish that I had asked them to heat it up for us but I was worried that it'd get hard by the time we got back to the hotel. My only regret is that I couldn't finish all 3 bagels in one sitting and that I didn't stay longer to try out all the other flavors!

Well, let me say first of all, that I would probably never come back, but certainly not without a coupon! Their sandwiches are ridiculously over-priced. They must slice their cheese with a razor blade, because you can practically see through it. I paid $7.11 for a ham & cheese bagel - and I found out they charge $.40 extra for a cheese bagel. They also do not let you use the coupon for salmon (lox) or the 'club' sandwiches. I asked for my bagel NOT toasted, but after eating my sandwich, I'm thinking I should've had it toasted because the bagel is not fresh. It's hard and way too chewy. I love bagels, and this is one of the worst I've had, especially considering that it's coming from a bagel shop. I can go to Subway for a FOOTLONG ham & cheese sandwich with all the fixings ($6.71) for less than what you pay for a little bagel sandwich. And Subway doesn't charge extra for their cheese bread.
